I need a rom for a Chinese smartphone

Hi, I 'm writing this because a few days ago I bought a Smartphone Chinese brand Yuandian , the phone comes with jelly bean 4.2 and I would like to upgrade to 4.4 minimum , and try to update it in Settings but it tells me that I have already updated , unable to do that I searched this cell roms online but found none , If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it , thanks in advance .

Hi all, can someone please tell me if the rom still has apps in Chinese after the language change to English? Like weather and other stuff? I had before a meizu and it was annoying as hell because of the Chinese segments from the rom.

For the redmi 3S what i need ? There is another kind of global rom?

Chinese EMUI to English - help please???

Hi all,

I'm brand new to this site and I have just purchased a Huawei P8 Max from China.

I have selected English (United Kingdom) as my language but unfortunately many parts of the Operating System are in Chinese.

I was wondering if I could make this English and how I could go about achieving this, can anyone help please?

Huawei Honor 5C chinese model

I have bought from etotalk store the new Honor 5C nem-u10 (chinese model) and they have rooted the phone and uninstalled some chinese apps but the phone still have some chinese features and apps on it! Can i install a european version of firmware for my phone? Is there a european version (or international) that will solve my problem?
If there is, can you tell me exactly what i have to do ?

Force closing stock dialer on Chinese Dev edition ROM

Hello.

I'm still on Chinese Dev Edition ROM 6.5.1. I don't update to next versions because since 6.5.16 I have had problems with stock dialer. The dialer always force close when I try to get into information list about people who's are listed in calling history (information about that person plus history of calls). If I remove that person and all calling history I'm able to get into that information window about that person but immediately after this person is in calling history and I try to open that window my dialer force closes. The same behavior of dialer I observed in all ROM updates - 6.5.16, 6.6.1, up to 6.7.16. I like that dialer because of calls history with possibility of listening record of specific call.
Does any of you know how to solve that issue?

Anybody knows, how can we remove chinese words in apps like phone dialer, U Health, GT Browser?
Can we find all apps in english?
Can we use Z1 international apps in our device?

Zte axon mini ( chinese version with nba logo) play store issue?

I got the very phone from china and the main problem is that the play store and its services doesn't work. :confused: :confused:
I tried installing .apk files (play store, play services) from other sources and even tried flashing gapps but neither worked (ie the device is rooted via kingo root) .

Weird Chinese popup since a few days

Since a few days I get two weird Chinese popups in succession. I haven't installed any new app in at least two weeks and no app-update has asked for new permissions.

I've attached the popups, maybe somebody can read them and tell me what they say.

It's probably malware so will reinstall anyway.

[SOLVED]Failing to boot w/ Chinese Characters

So silly me decided to play around with the bootloader. Smart, I know. I was really just tinkering around with fastboot, looking but not touching. But I seem to have accidentally messed with some odd command known as "boot_mode". Typed in "fastboot oem boot_mode" only to receive a "FAILED (remote: Use 'fastboot oem boot_mode rf/wlan/ftm/normal')". So me being my curious and fearless self decided, "alright, what could go wrong?" After entering this command, nothing happened. Just got an "OK" message. When rebooting, instead of seeing the normal OnePLus logo, I get a few Chinese characters and an ellipsis. I can boot into TWRP a-okay, but upon booting to OOS, it either hangs on the Chinese characters or on a black screen. I'm used to Odin with Samsung, so I'm a little new to the whole flashing process - where could I acquire images to reflash? Would this even help my problem? Thanks for any help possible.

Weird Chinese Writing Notification Warnings

Hi there.

This afternoon I have had these notification warnings in Chinese popping up. I'm running the superman rom and kernel and have been on powersaving mode and connected to a public WiFi. Any ideas? I have also scanned for malware

Unknown notification in Chinese on Nexus 6P running Android M

Hello everybody,
I am getting two notifications (toast) in Chinese. These notifications appears one after another. I was able to catch the second notification screenshot.
I used Google translate to translate Chinese text it says file time consuming.

I did factory reset however this did not solve the problem.
I also checked for the virus using avast, there are no reported problems.
I am using Nexus 6P with Android marshmallow.
I really appreciate any help.

Random chinese toasts and phone lags

I have a XT1068 running stock marshmallow and it ran smoothly for about 2 months.. suddenly yesterday it started showing some random chinese toast notifications and then the phone would lag seriously..can you all tell me is it some kind of a virus or something as there is a concern of malware spread throughout the world...a screenshot is attached here
