T-mobile version note 7 locked down

Can anyone confirm if the bootloader on the tmobile note 7 has a locked bootlooder.I'm guessing that it probably is locked but I need to confirm it first before buying one.

Is single sim same as duos version?

I have a duos version of S7 edge G935FD and it has the latest G935FXXUA1PG3 firmware .. could not find any official rom on sammobile.com that has a FD type
So are they the same S7 edge single and duos and are they have the same firmware and I can install the same rom on any of them?

HBOOT - which version to use

Would somebody please advise me about the pro's and cons of changing my HBOOT version.
I can successfully root my phone via The Revolutionary method after downgrading using an earlier RUU etc.
What I am not clear about is whether I then need to flash an ENG HBOOT after this process .... which version.... why I should do this ?
If I have the "wrong" HBOOT installed will that prevent certain ROMs from running correctly ?
Do I need a specific "level" of HBOOT for a GB based ROM to run and another for an ICS based ROM

Htc M8 Sprint Version Error Screen Problem

I face this in htc one M8 mobile
it doesn't open normal anymore and when it open it just show me the welcome screen n stop on it and when i try to reset factory it says this error to me at th welcome screen also

Upgrade for galaxy tab 3 Android version 4.4.2

I just bought a Galaxy Tab 3 Android version 4.4.2 I'm hoping to Upgrade to 5 or better. It seems that version 4 has a bug that breaks Bluetooth tethering in pdanet, so i am unable to gain access to the internet without WI-fi tethering which is eating up my free high-speed tethering data though metropcs. My phone is rooted and i have frozen my tethering provision and my tethering automation using titanium backup. That keeps them from seeing me tether 'great' Problem is in order to tether thru Wi-fi, i have to defrost tethering Provision which now they can see me. Pdanet says it's Android version 4. I have version 4.4.2
supposedly that bug is fixed in version 5 if i understand correctly.
Thanx in advance for any help or advice. by the way im using foxfi with foxfi addon on my galaxy lite and Pdanet on my windows 10 laptop.

Questions about rooting the Sprint version HTC 10

So, I am pretty much stuck with Sprint, so if I want to upgrade my HTC 10 I am going to have to get a phone through them.

First of all, Sprint dosen't block you from using HTC's root method on their phones, do they?

And also, I read that using HTC's method now will only invalidate part of your warranty, but not all of it? I couldn't find any confirmation on this, most were from forum posts from years ago. I especially would like to know about physical defects or issues such as Uh Oh protection still applying if you are rooted.

And finally, once I root my phone, would I then have root access on the installed stock rom, or would I have to re-flash it with a custom rom that was made for root access?

Can someone please upload the stock version of the Kindle app?

I mistakenly deleted the stock Kindle reading app in the Amazon Fire. Now no other version works. I tried installing from the Play Store, but it closes immediately after opening. I tried also with older versions and the result is the same. Only thing left is to try to reinstall the stock version, to see if it works again. Can someone please upload the .apk? I'd appreciate it.

STUCK ON FLYME I am on flyme 5 global version. I have flashed custom recover via LOGO

I am on flyme 5 global version. I have flashed custom recover via flasify. after some tym phone switched of suddenly n get stucked on flyme logo. I am not sure whethere my debugging mode is on or off. The problem is now I am not able to get into recovery(stock & custom) mode. Only I can get into fastboot mode. But I have tried lots of fastboot commands to flash my phone but failed. every time it says booting...FAILED (remote: unknown command) or download for partition 'recovery' is not allowed. I went to my locaL repairing center but they failed also. Service center is too far from our locality.


Seeking for your help.. Kindly help me to get back my phone.

I sent in my phone to be repaired after it got stuck on the bootloop problem that's been caused by their hardware failure. It just returned to me today and it's been updated to build number: MRA58K... Software version: H81021x. I've been searching since earlier if anyone had the same software version.. Can this version be rooted? If not, is it possible to downgrade and root it again?

Don't buy MediaTek Version of Xiaomi Redmi Pro

For anybody who (maybe) will buy the Redmi Pro... Xiaomi also sell phones in India, but they can not sell MediaTek devices, so the need a Snapdragon version, like on the Redmi Note 3.
I just post this to warn you, if you never had a Xiaomi device before. Just wait a lil bit and you will get a better version for the same price.

Axon 7 6GB RAM version in USA?

Since there are quality issues with the phone from the other thread, I am leaning toward waiting for the USA release so that I can get their Passport 2.0 warranty. But I am only getting this phone if I can get the 6GB version since there was a test with the 4GB version and OnePlus 3 and Axon 7 got trounced with multi tasking because it didn't have 6GB RAM.

I look at their site and I don't see any reference to the 6GB version, does anyone know if that's going to come out in USA?

Android Stock Browser don't have Incognito Mode (Version 4.4.2, Kitkat 4.4.2)

Hello guys, any ideas how I can access incognito mode using my stock browser? I prefer the stock browser than those downloadable browsers. I used to access incognito mode on my android stock browser on my previous phone but when I replaced it with a new one, I can no longer go incognito mode, I've searched for solutions in google but to no avail. samsung galaxy j5 (2015) version stuck on odin mode and not starting up.

hi i have rooted my samsung galaxy j5 and then, i am just installing the recovery.img file from flashify app and now my phone is stuck on odin mode. please help and suggest some measures to come out from this situation.

Hey guys, I need your help I rooted my phone for a while and went back to stock but since going back it doesnt feel the same and ive noticed a few differences. Could some please tell me the version of software they are on and in the uk? Im just looking to go back to the software that came with the phone out of the box

Bricked ZE550KL 8gb rom version

Trying to root my zenfone 2 laser (ze550kl 8gb rom) got him bricked... I follow the steps perfectly but it accuses out of space. So i tried to unbricked by installing the stock rom following these steps:
Ok..try using this method..
-extract boot.img,recovery.img
-put rom on sd card
-enter fastboot mode
Enter this command
-fastboot erase boot
-fastboot erase recovery
-fastboot erase userdata
-fastboot erase system
-fastboot flash boot boot.img
-fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
-reboot into recovery
-try instal rom from sd card
-format factory device
-dont forget to pray for successful..
