Two damaged Google Nexus 4 to give away (to developers)

I have two used and damaged Google Nexus 4 to give away – and I'd like to give them to a developer. In both cases the phone fell down, in one case the display broke (I already threw it away, the back case also), the other display has areas which won't work any more even if it's not broken.

If you are a developer and publish your code under a free software license I'll send you the phones and pay for shipping. Please just send me a private message.

I would like to help. The manufacturer of my device will not update the version of Android . I wonder if someone could change the device firmware version to a newer version the android ?

Question for developers - Extract a Device Tree

hello,
i search and found out that there is a way to Extract a Device Tree File from Android Firmware Files , using a linux tool "device tree compiler".
I tried to follow the instructions from the link below, but without luck to install it.

Have developers dropped the simplistic rom route?

Well, I had to drop the constant flashing rom addiction because of some trouble that took all my time, but I'm back at it at least for some days and I'm looking for the newest UI/UX but I like it stock or very close to it so I can try change where I like. I've installed Aryamod, DarkLord and Darkwolf and I've found too much "bloat" that I'd prefer to have the option to not install. Is there any developer opting for a more stock route that I should follow his work?

Selling apps on Google Play Store for developers from "unsupported countries"

I would like to ask if anyone knows some companies that offer possibility of selling apps on Google Play Store on a behalf of a developer whose country is not supported by Google's Play Merchant system. Basically, the agents/companies should offer opening accounts on Google Play on a behalf of a developer.
