Need a custom rom for note 3 neo saudi arabia model.please help!

My device is galaxy note 3 neo (SM-N7505)(PDA-N7505XXXCNH1) and i need a custom rom for my device.also are there any way to change the touhwiz to latest version with newer icons? (any theme or like that?). I have root access.
