Hi
For a long time, I am thinking to buy a new smartphone. The problem is, I always find problems (disadvantages) on the devices in my price range.

Help taking first step to rom my new smartphone
Hello,
I got my G2 two days ago (used), i come from an htc one m7, i use to unstall all kinds of custom roms and recoveries, but scrolling through this forum i can't seem to understand the best way to install TWRP and rom the phone.
WHAT I HAVE :
- verizon LG G2 completely stock non rooted, software verison 3AA
WHAT I WANT :
-install latest TWRP to be able to install custom roms like cm13
WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND :
-Some tutorials mention something about flashing bootstacks, others tell me to root then install twrp directly using some app
-i presume that my software version 3AA is greater than 39A, the latest bootstack is made for 39A so will it cause a problem if i flash that bootstacks ?
all explanations will be appreciated

The Moto G Plus is, in most respects, a mid-range device, but comes with a high-end camera specification. What was the decision process behind this design and specification? . . . The Moto G Plus comes with three focus methods: contrast detect, phase detection and laser. How difficult is it to combine those and what are the benefits of this combination? . . . |

Running Smartphone without battery
Hello, I have a fake Samsung (Chinese) smartphone. It used to work but, It was lost and I found it. Battery gone bigger and now screen is a little bit apart of the case (like 3-4 mm).
Now I would like to use this smartphone without battery. I researched a little bit and I found a video of an Indian guy on youtube that shows which wire will be soldered to where. (Because I am new, I can't insert links to this post. The video is "Use your phone without a battery....USB phone.....Works for android like charm" on Youtube.)
But his smartphone has 3 terminals and mine has 4 of them. I am not sure of where to solder them. Can you help me, please?

My smartphone reads battery volume inexactly
When I charged my tablet(sm-t330,samsung galaxy tab4 wifi), the battery became full very fastly. But, while battery number was 75%, my tablet's display had gone. So, I chareged tablet again in the state of power down, but it still says me that the battery is 75%.
So, I turned my phone on download mode and then turn the tablet again(in 20 seconds.). After that, the battery soon pointed that it has only 1%(May be this is the real battery remains...).
This happened so much that I want to ask you how to fix this situation.
I mean I want to see real battery remains.
PLEASE....HELP ME....

Elephone recently has not only been busy with Elephone p9000 lite OTA update, but also the new smartphone, Elephone p20 and Elephone S7, i have introduced Elephone p20 specs before, right now elephone also leaked they will release elephone s7 in S series. It will also be powered by Helio X20 Deca core processor, dual curved screen and bezel-less design like elephone s3. As for price, they said elephone s7 series will be ranging from .99 to 9.99, As for the color options the phone should be coming in some unusual ones like green, blue and gold.
So what kind of specs do you think Elephone S7 will have?

White Lines across the bottom half of my smartphone screen
One morning I woke up and the bottom half of my Samsung galaxy avant (SM-G386T) had a grid of white lines going across it. First time I restarted my phone it went away.
But they keep coming back and now it's more permanent, Sometimes it goes away briefly but they come right back. I tried factory resetting. That worked the first time for a few hours but then it came back. and I tried it again and 2nd time there white lines where there during the factory reset.
I tried taking the back planel of the phone off. I disconnected and reconnected the lcd latch on the left side. But the problem still persists. I haven't pulled up the screen with a suction cup. So Idk if there is a cable that could be loose on the front end or not. But Idk want to go buy suctions cup if I dont need to you.
What do you guys think? I think its a hardware issue. But I may be wrong. if so. is this fixable or do I need to buy a new screen
