Won't even turn on

So I wanted to root my phone which is a Lenovo vibe p1 ofc .. so I followed the instructions from the very beginning till the "turn it off and plug the USB and press the volume up button " and then I just wanted to sleep and continue the process tomorrow .. so I unplugged it and tried to start it up it didn't do anything .. just nothing goes on .. idk what to do and I need help very fast

Unable to run android fastboot even after replacing the screen

At its OPO I changed the display the frame and battery. Installation went without any problems. Unfortunately, after launching the phone started only Cyanogen Recovery. Display and touch functions entirely without any problems. So I wanted to re-install CM13, but the phone does not run fastboot. You can not run from Cyanogen Recovery or VOL + POWER-UP. The phone always starts to Cyanogen Recovery. I tried this yet through ADB, phone are detected as recovery (so drivers are probably fine), but when you try to fastboot command ends "Device waiting." Android Head unit still in boot loop even after update

Hi all,

Allow me to apologies if I post in the wrong thread.
Recently I bought "Bosion 420" head unit from Aliexpress
800x480, quad core, 1G RAM 16GROM. Android 4.4.4
It was working fine for first week. I download and install Sygic app. That's the last thing I did. After next time I start the unit, the unit loop in android boot logo
.
I contacted the seller and he send me the ROM to update. He asked me to put in the ROM sd card and boot up. It automatically goes into progress bar. And it run till 100%. After 100%, the screen become blare out and nothing happened. But when I took off the card and reboot, it goes back to the android boot loop still. Seller is not responding me anymore and its already out of time for dispute so I am out of options. Can somebody help me with that?

"screen overlay detected" even when all are switched off

So, I've just updated to the latest Pure Nexus - did a wipe and clean install - and I'm trying to get my apps set up again, but I can't grant permissions through system settings. If an app actually pops up and requests a permission, I can allow it; but for some apps, this doesn't happen. Home Remote Control, for example, won't request the storage permission it needs to access my ssh key. So I go into settings->apps, find the app, tap permissions, try to enable the storage permission, and..."screen overlay detected". Except there is no screen overlay active. I have disabled every app's "draw over other apps" permission. I even found the "show system" option in the list and disabled all system apps' ability to draw over other apps. At this point, SYSTEMUI can't draw over anything else! And I'm still getting "screen overlay detected" when I try to change permissions. Any advice? Is there another way to manage permissions in Marshmallow (like maybe an xposed module)?

EDIT: Thought I should also mention, the issue persists in Safe Mode.

Can a virgin mobile J7 be unlocked and used for AT&T? Will even an unlocked J7 work?

Trying to decide whether to get a prepaid J7 for virgin mobile and just cancel it right away or to sping for the more expensive unlocked J7. Ultimate goal is to use it on AT&T in the US. Will 4gLTE work fully? Anyone have experience with either of these options?

Help! constant reboots and very fast battery drain even when completely stock

I just washed my watch with tap water to clean it up. but after i dried it up, the watch keeps rebooting every few minutes and becomes quite warm.
I even restored it back to lollipop but same thing happens. also uninstalled all 3rd party apps from my phone.
did washing it cause the problem? i read here somewhere that they even dive their watch on a swimming pool with no problems.
please help me troubleshoot this. I won't be able to send this to a service center since I work in a remote location. :crying::crying:

Cannot get Watch to even connect to computer or use ADB

I just got my watch today and I've been trying to use ADB to install a rom but I cannot for the life of me, get this watch to connect to my computer (Windows 8.1).
I'm not sure why ADB is not detecting my device, because I use this same computer to root my LGG4.

I keep seeing this :
I've tried those guides that I found on Google (manually installing adb drivers, manually searching and installing the watch driver) but this watch will not work.
I've also tried disabling driver verification and set my machine into test mode and it still won't work.

Are there any steps I'm missing? I'm on Windows 8.1 and I really wanna root this phone to get more battery life out of it.

Nexus 5 Back Camera not Working, Even After Factory Flash

I have a Nexus 5 where the back camera and flash have stopped working, even after numerous factory flashes to both 6.0.1 and 4.4.4, as well as CyanogenMod 13. The stock camera app just crashes with an error that it cannot connect to the camera, and the CyanogenMod camera will only show the inside camera with no switch button. The flashlight button is missing entirely in the menu.

I have also purchased another camera and installed it, but the problem still remains. Any help would be really appreciated.

I factory reset my s7edge after accidentally disabling the UI. Recov screen had fail message at bottom but phone loaded and operates great . Benched 135k+ just yesterday on Antutu .. any answers on why it may be failing ?

Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900F OS bugs even after flashing with Odin

Hi all,
I have a Samsung Galaxy S5, one day, when he enrolling a system update, I accedently interrupted that update.. and since that, the phone became incontrolable and bugs (applications bugs, reboot by himself and sometimes a snowy (grey) screen).. So even I flashed it with Odin and installing the firmware, but no results :( . I heared that I should flash it with Odin using BL+ AP+ CP+CSC files.
Any suggestions plz ?

Can't avoid automatic stock recovery even after flasing TWRP.

Hello.

My phone is a SM-G903F with an android version of 6.0.1 and with an architecture of armeabi-v7a.

I have a problem because when I try to install the TWRP tar file (dl.twrp.me/s5neolte/) through ODIN it all goes perfectly well, I install it in the download mode and after installing it, it automatically resets but when I now open the recovery mode it goes in the stock recovery mode and not the TWRP recovery mode.

I basically follow exactly the instructions in this video youtube.com/watch?v=3-lwdZhdZWM but I always end up in the stock recovery mode.

Can anyone help me or suggest anything I can do?

"good work" detects root even with rootcloak

(I had posted the below to the forum at resurrectionremix.com, but after experimentation with other ROMS, it seems to be a more general issue, so I am re-posting here. The same issue appears under Chroma)

Recently, I began using Resurrection Remix on my Nexus 5. I had been running a Marshmallow version of Cataclysm, though when I attempted to obtain an upgraded build, I learned that the author has discontinued the project. I chose to try RR, and I am pleased with the responsiveness of the interface as well as the extensive configurability.

Unfortunately, I have been unable to find the reason why Good Work (Good Technology's successor to Good For Enterprise) is able to detect that my device is rooted when running over Resurrection Remix with RootCloak and Xposed, but not with the same configuration over Cataclysm.

My installation is from build "Resurrection Remix Mashmallow 6.0.1_r46 - MOB30M".

I discovered a forum post from a Good Technology representative explaining that the software does seek to detect certain ROMs, as well as detecting root, that it considers unsafe.

I tried installing a version of /system/build.prop with all references to RR and root removed or replaced with stock values, in order to try to spoof any attempt to detect the RR customization. However, this change produced no beneficial effect.

By design, Good software does not save logs or any other data once it detects root.

I have not been able to make progress on solving this issue, so I am looking for help.

Reactivation Lock will not turn off even with correct information.

Reactivation lock just wont turn off at all. I type in the correct info and it loads back to the screen with the check mark still on it under security. What can I do to fix this? I'm currently on a stock pb1 flashed in odin because I couldn't upgrade to MM due to Odin being reactivation locked. Can any one help please? ♥

GPS Problems Even on Stock

Love my Note 4 but lately I have had nothing but problems with this damn thing. GPS NEVER stays locked for me use navigation or even check the weather if I changed cities. Saw the fix on where you take the back of the phone off and adjust the GPS contacts, long story short the LCD screen broke on me. I see nothing but problems people have on this phone about the GPS and Samsung will not hold there end. Anyone else have the same issue with there GPS?

Data roaming even when data is disabled

I was recently out of the country so I disabled cellular data and data roaming on my 5X phone. When my T-Mobile bill came, I had data connection charges several times each day. I called T-Mobile and they said they were all application updates. How can my phone connect to mobile data when I turned it off? I've seen posts about the same issue but never saw a solution. If anyone has figured out how to fix this please let me know. Otherwise I'L just get rid of this phone,

My phone keeps rebooting even after odin flash stock tar

Its really weird but after having constant reboots after flashing teamSPR, I flashed stock PD3 via ODIN but still get reboots when the "Android is staring, updating app # of 30". Ive flashed PD3, PD2, PB6, BOL1, BOJ7 , have read all the threads but cant understand whats the problem. I even used a pit file and still reboots. I do have an MEID # when I click home button in download mode and EFS partition shows 20mb in twrp so I really don't know what the problem is. Please help

Static coming from speakers even when muted

When playing a game with the speakers muted i get a static noise coming from both speakers, is this a fault? it just wastes battery having the speakers on when i have them muted playing an annoying crackling sound. They stop as soon as headphones are in.

Major lags in Moto X Play marshmallow unable to use even for one minute properly

I have installed stock ROM for marshmallow on that i have installed xposed framework v85 and soon after that i am experiencing major lags .. Phone hangs frequently :( not able to use any apps or whatsoever without lag.. :(
I restored my apps using titanium backup..

Is anyone else facing this issue.???

i have also halfed the dpi ie from 480 to 240 .. but even after restoring it back to 480 same problem persists...

HELP!!!Stuck on boot! Even windows won't start now!!!

Hi. I am stuck and don't know what to do...?*
I have a lenovo idea pas S400 touch. I have followed the installation on hard drive and I have installed it the way it is shown in the walkthrough. I then rebooted and i an now stuck on the boot screen.... I have the option to boot in Windows and in remix os. If I choose remix I get :?*

Error: file / remix os /kernel not found
Error: you need to load the kernel first

So i at this point want to just get back in Windows and at a later point or a new update I could look at this again but!!!

If at the main boot menu i choose windows?*
