How to unbrick moto g , usb debugging disabled , stuck in bootloop

hi, im new to xda, hope you can help me.
i had cm 12.1 and TWRP on my moto g (2013). I made a nandroid backup from the custom recovery.
After a successful backup , my phone is stuck in bootloop. I am unable to go to recovery mode . Though I can still access bootloader... please help me to get out of these mess...

LG G3 D851 Unbrick Qualcomm 9008 Fully Working

Hello guys, I spent 2 weeks analyzing hex files in order to revive a D851 that I got my hands on. It was not an easy journey but I would like to share this with the devs or people who are looking at bring their bricks to life. ;)

What I did was actually hack the Sahara programmer files that WillCracker (BoardDiag) programs use. This comes in the attached files.

I have revived one D851 phone that I had dead. Right now it already booted into download mode and it is loading the *.tot.

Below you can see a screenshot of the dmesg showing that it is already in download mode (after being in QC HS USB 9008 mode)... I am so !"#$ happy :)

I flashed the partitions like in this other guide but please use the attached file or else it won't work.



NOTE: Please download the attached Willcracker Version for the D851, this is a modified one :cool: and is the only type of program I managed to use to revive my phone.

Trying to unbrick Samsung Galaxy S5 G900F, keep getting "FAIL! (Size)"

Hi, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, it's really late here.

So, basically what happened was I was trying to root my phone which I accomplished and then I tried to install Xposed but when I tried to update it - it wouldn't let me so I had to install the Zip files for it which I forgot. I couldn't update Xposed as it was grayed out. So, I used a program from the Google play store which I forgot the name of fire-something? and then it got stuck on bootup samsung screen and I couldn't get it off. I then looked online and you had to reinstall database to un-brick it. I've been trying to do that with Odin3 ver. 3.09 but it keeps failing with FAIL(SIZE) error and I don't know to fix it.

Unbrick stock rom lg tribute 5 ls675

Took me a while to find this so I'm posting a link to all the files. I picked up this phone a couple days ago at Best Buy for .00 for my mom. I rooted it with Kingroot, and that went fine, but when I tried to use an app called supersu-me-v6.7.apk to switch root to SuperSU, it messed the phone up very badly. It was basically so slow it was unresponsive. So here is the link to the files, it contains the DLL and LGUP and USB Drivers and the dz (kdz) file. If you already have LG UP installed, just install the DLL file and fire up LG UP and point it to the dz file after putting the phone in download mode. You put it in download mode by first powering off the phone, holding down the VOLUME UP button and plugging in the USB cord to the phone from your PC at the same time. Once it's in download mode, just fire up LG UP and go from there. I got these files from the links in the description of the video that shows how to do it and I just extracted the dz and used the password and just 7zip'd all the files without any password needed.

Help unbrick HTC desire 626

Hi everyone, i'm trying to root my phone for few day ago, so yesterday i tryed to by using Windroid. It successfully unlock my bootloader. then i press, flash TWRP, windroid told me everything was okay, and then i pressed root now.It tolds me that root has been successfull, but my phone doesn't look to be agree. Indeed i've got the charging screen, and i can't obtain anything else. VolumDown+Power don't do anything same for Power and VolumUP+Power, it just turn on and off the charging screen. Do you have any tips ? there is something i can do ??
I've got an HTC desire 626 from sfr; CPU-Z told me (when it was working) that my phone came from vodafone fr .

[Q] Won't able to flash - no external Micro SD (unbrick)

Hi guys, how have you been?

Look, recently I've installed one ROM from this forum, and because some problems and reset loops I decide to change the ROM.
So I've download a new one, and forgot to do a backup.
Enter in TRWP, did a wipe cache / dalvik / system and DATA cause I won't any old structure from another ROM.

Perfect until this moment, no problem. So after I did, normally any person go to install option select the file .zip and try to install.
Here started the problem!
I've tryed to install the wrong .zip ... the zip the TRWP found was one erro zip... the correct one was in my microSD so in this moment I realized the TRWP don't recognized my microSD, every time I try to reach this folder through /SDCARD1/ or select the disc (micro SD) the TRWP show me (microSD 0MB) and I cant select.
I tryed too mount the microSD and the TRWP don't allow me to mount the microSD.

I can only view the internal storage.
So Now I don't have any system, I just have the .zip file in my pc or microSD ... the ADB on my (fck Win10) doesn't work, only thing that works good its fastboot.
I've downloaded the .FTF correct version, to flash using flashtool ... here another problem... When I enter in ADB MODE on Z5 (green light) the phone stay like 1 minute at maximum after this the phone reboot trying to enter in system modem automatically.

So anybody can help me to save my z5? flash the FTF version through FASTBOOT. Or if can't ... teach me how I can make works the ADB SIDELOAD from TRWP, cause my ADB on PC don't work well.. every time I put "adb devices" don't appear my cellphone and now after a lot of drivers and attempts appear something about server, that can't start more than one.... something like that.

Sorry about my stupid english, it's not my first language, but I hope so somebody understand me and help me.

It told me to create a backup folder using root browser, and then transfer all of the files from system/app. I did that but I also moved all of the apps. My phone showed up as full storage , so I thought that after moving it to that folder I could go ahead and delete all of the files in system/apps and system/app.

I tried to hard reset the phone but it keeps staying stuck on the service provider logo (bootloop).
I also tried to flash it but the computer would not read my driver even if I installed the latest drivers.
I tried to use LG Flash Tool, but it stayed at 15% and would not recognize my device.
I believe the files I deleted were for the home launcher .
I know I f****d up ,that's why I'm here.

Please someone layout easy steps for a solution ?

Help UnBrick LG G2 Phone that is able to reach flashboot

So I rooted my phone and that worked out alright
however, when trying to obtain TWRP using a method on youtube called "Easiest way to Install TWRP Recovery on the LG G2 all models" by Root Junky made on December 21, 2014

it bricked my phone, I was able to get the recovery mode but after hitting reboot to system I was sent to this sequence of events
lg logo appears, it flashes to lg log with text below saying "Security Error", then flashes off
If I try to reboot, same thing happens
however, I am able to get to flashboot mode and my phone is still stated as rooted

so how do I get out of this, or is there no way

Need help to unbrick JIAYU G3

I have a jiayu G3 with the needrom android 4.1.2 ROM, I wanted to give it to my son and thought factory reset is a good idea...I left the phone to it, it rebooted and the little robot was busy. When I cam back all that was on the screen was the JIAYU logo, the bootloop and the battery was close to empty although it was connected to a charger. I can get in to the factory settings by pressing the volume down and power button. I can switch between the different modes but I can not chose any of them, the power button just seems not to work. I tried all sorts, connected to a charger, to a computer (Mac) , makes no difference at all, can anybody give me a tip where to take it from here? 2 hours ago it was a (nearly) perfectly working phone, now just a paperweight....

Dmtech 1032dc tablet unbrick with installing factory firmware

hey xda members here's a new topic to unbrick DMTECH 1032dc tablet it's also working with ntt 611 tablet ( 8 gb version only ) and it will work with any tablet with these specification :

let's start :

1. first of all download original dmtech 1032dc firmware form here


2. the extrac OriginalFirmware_tablet1032dc.zip


3. In the folder TF_Update you will see these files: - update.zip - uImage_recovery - uImage - Developing boot.bin - factory_update_param.aml
   • Copy those files to the root of your microSD card.
   • Insert the microSD card into the tablet.
   • Press and hold the volume - and power for about 15 seconds.
   • The installation will start automatically, an Android icon and a line moves are displayed.
   • wait until the process is finished and voila your tablet is working now!

Any Updated unbrick methods since LGup?

Ive had a bricked g4 sitting around for 3 months now . Hoping we have a updated tool LG up or like LG up that addresses the Unknown model issue that's cause by being bricked while on a Rom and not stick.
I fought tooth and nail over this months ago and no one had a fix for those that Show the Unknown model deetected .
Another words LG UP tool don't work in that scenario for unbricking.

Coolpad E501 EU unbrick, reviving

Hi
I have Coolpad E501 EU (other names: Modena, Y76, Sky). It's dual sim, stock android 5.1, rooted, stock recovery.
After last mini update (9,2 MB) coolpad logo is showing and then it goes only to recovery. Phone was rooted using KingRoot app, and then applied update so I bet it was a mistake to do so.

I have second one same Coolpad phone - working, rooted, stock android, stock recovery. So it might help in restoring bricked one.
I searched almost everywhere on the internet looking for stock roms, recovery or something that I can flash.
I tried using YGDP tool with 4.4 official rom that I found but no luck. I get the message "Bootloader is old" in logs.
Tried to do backup with nandroid of working phone but it's making backup for custom recovery (cwm - .tar or twrp - .wim). My phone doesn't have one.
Recovery has an option to apply update from zip. Last update that messed up is here:

I dont care about data., only working system.

I will answer any questions if something I wrote is not clear. I'm not afraid of adb, flashed many phones, so I'm not looking for step by step tutorial, only to someone point me in right direction to solve this problem :)

While trying to flash an android mod via SD I managed to soft-brick my phone. I skipped a step or two (ROM backup and data wipe) and ended up with a phone stuck in a bootloop. I managed to flash CWM recovery v6.0.4.6. Since then I have tried to flash any and all ROMS I can find that have been developed for the GTS5570. Some of the ROMs have installed okay, some have failed or aborted. The only difference now is that the phone boots straight into recovery.

Tried to do this via laptop (using Linux Mint and Windows 10) and the phone was not recognised via usb, even with drivers.

I don't want to just give up, but I reckon I've come to that point. That is unless there is something I have overlooked.

Any and all advice welcome.
