(Fix Gaming lag 100 %) improved game performance and smooth fps

as we know s7 edge has 2 variant : exynos and snapdragon
snapdragon variant has more powerful graphics than exynos.... so on exynos games could lag like assassin creed identity. but exynos has a good graphics( 42000 pt on antutu 3d performance) . it is the same result of iphone 6s...

so what is the problem ? THE BAD TOUCHIZ SOFTWARE AND THE HIGH RESOLUTION

TUTORIAL TO GET SMOOTHNESS GAMING:

REQUIREMENT:
ROOT
TPWR

TUTORIAL:

-FLASH A LIGHT CUSTOM ROM LIKE KING ROM OR OTHERS
-FLASH A CUSTOM KERNEL THAT ALLOW OC TO 2.9 GHZ, AND OC GPU TO 806 MHZ( OVERCLOCK GPU TO MAX WILL IMPROVE A LOT GAMING PERFORMANCE... DEFAULT IS 650 MHZ) I RACCOMANDED OC TO 2.7 BIG GHZ AND 1,8 SMALL... AND OC GPU TO 806 MHZ AND USE INTERACTIVE GOVERNATOR FOR BOTH CPU CLUSTER

IF POSSIBLE SET I/O TO ZEN AND 2048 KB READ CACHE( USE STWEAKS OR KERNEL AUDITOR)

NOW DOWNLOAD SOME INIT.D TWEAKS LIKE ABS TWEAKS( AND FLASH IT...
LINK: http://forum.xda-developers.com/andr...-v3-0-t3120404

AFTER THIS GO ON PLAYSTORE AND DOWLOAD GAME TUNER ( SET YOUR PROFILE TO GAMING AND MAX 60 FPS)

AFTER GO ON PLAYSTORE AND DOWNLOAD RESOLUTION CHANGER AND SET THIS 1080, 1920 AND DPI 480
( THIS WILL IMPROVE A LOT GAMING FPS) ... IPHONE 6S PLUS HAS LESS RESOLUTION THAN S7 EDGE SO WHY GAMING IS SMOOTH ON IPHONE 6S PLUS.... IPHONE 6S PLUS HAS THIS RESOLUTION... SET THIS PARAMETRES AND IT GIVE YOU A BETTER GAMING EXPERIENCE AND PHONE IS STILL USABLE, SO NO PROBLEMS

NOW GO ON FILE MANAGER , SISTEM , BUILD PROP AND PASTE THIS STABLE TWEAKS ( TESTED ALL , NO BOOTLOOPS, NO PROBLEMS)... THIS TWEAKS IS FOR GENERAL PERFORMANCE ,BATTERY ,RAM ,GAMING , INTERNET AND SIGNAL AND GENERAL IMPROVEMENT( LIKE PHOTOS , AUDIO , CALL ...) I RACCOMANDED USE ALL THIS
THEY WILL HELP YOU

Good kernels for N6? I need smooth, fast performance

I'm on Pure Nexus at the moment, latest version. I'm running elementalX, and I'm NOT satisfied with this phone. This device lags continuously, it often get very hot, and some games lag badly, like for instance Pokémon go. So, what is a good kernel that I can try to have a smooth performance without lags? Or maybe I should set elementalx in a certain way?

Battery performance is really poor for Oneplus One

Hello Experts,

My Battery is draining like crazy. I tried almost everything to figure out what is the issue but could not figure out. Below are the details I gathered from the things I tried.

My battery started draining almost 30 % overnight. Initially I thought it was due to the Unofficial Marshmallow Rom, I could see Wi-Fi to be cause of this drain. Hence I tried different Roms (Cyanogen Mod, PA, DarkObas, Sultan ROM, and stock Cyanogen OS ( Past 3 versions, including latest one). but the battery drain didn't stop.

So I decided to flash PA rom again, installed OpenGapps PICO (Only Google play service nothing else). I installed CPU spy and left it over night in Airplane mode. When I checked in the morning (after 7 hours) battery drain was of 25 %. This was surprising as nothing was running on my phone and only the minimum apps were installed. At this time, CPU spy showed no abnormal wake locks and was in Deep Sleep for almost 93% of the total time. The stock battery usage showed only Mobile Stand by and usage of 50 mAh.

Can you please help me figure out what is causing the battery drain.

[Q] Best ROM for Performance?

Hey guys, I'm currently running the latest nightly build, 11.something, and honestly it works fine and without problems.

My question though, is that I haven't tried any of the other ROMs at all, so I'm not sure if theres other ones out there with better performance, which is pretty much all I care about.

Thanks for any and all help.

Better battery and performance

So, as much I hate to admit, Nokia X2 don't really have an extraordinary battery. Hence, I was looking for something that can legitimately give my battery a boost. And I found 'L Speed'. It just works. I'm a heavy user so my battery used to survive 7-10 hrs with constant use, now its 12 to 15 hrs :victory: Furthermore it also gave me performance boost. No lagging anymore. Of course as with every root app you gotta be careful. So don't just enable all the options. First read the official L speed thread then decide. But I gotta say I'm totally amazed with this app.

Performance Question

Hey guys,

This may seem like an odd scenario but I bought my tablet months ago to game on it specifically for Clash Of Clans. Everything worked well up until this morning. I was making breakfast and realized that there was an optional update so I performed the update. I then accidentally dropped my tablet in the kitchen which landed on my kitchen mat (it also has a case). When I sat down and launched the newly updated game I am experiencing incredible game lag. Almost like the game is performing at 10 fps. I looked at Game Tuner and made sure everything was turned all the way up. I restarted the device multiple times, uninstalled Clash and reinstalled it three times. More reboots etc.. I even installed an earlier version of the game but I am still experiencing the choppyness.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do next? Did my drop in the kitchen cause the tablet to under-perform and possibly break or is this merely a software issue with the update? Can I force the game to go into some high performance mode? Definitely not how I wanted to start my morning! :(

Thanks in advance.

S-Off affect performance?

I went ahead and did the whole S-Off process recently. Before I did it, Viper Rom ran smooth as butter. not a complaint in the world, then I saw the update and thought I read that I may need to upgrade my firmware, which is a PITA if you aren't S-Off. I didn't read the fine print that it was international (I have the Sprint Variant) and went S-Off. Now everything feels a bit laggy. I've done 3 fresh flashes, reverted to my stock backup image, and went back to the old version of Viper I was on prior to the s-off.

My question is, now that the device knows it is s-off, does it impact the performance? Is it creating logs now for HTC? I feel like if I undo the s-off, I will have wasted the money I just dropped into it. Is there a way to toggle between the 2? Or am I a crazy person? I was going to go ahead and do an RUU as a final attempt to get back the snappiness, but wanted to see if anyone else had some input on the matter.

Xperia X/X Performance Camera sensor information

Hi everyone, I've been searching the internet for the past couple of hours and I see there is a disagreement for the sensor used in Xperia X and X Performance. Some sources say (like Wikipedia) they use the same IMX300 sensor as the Z5 series, and some sources claim that it is IMX318. And almost none of the reviewers mentioned anything related to this during their YouTube reviews. What do the developers here know about this? Please do enlighten us

Bluetooth stability, range, and performance needed!

Our application is mission critical when it comes to Bluetooth SPP performance.

I was quite happy with the Tab 4 7.0 It worked awesome. Tab 3 Lite failed miserably at least the second version did. Early Lite versions were ok.

So since the Tab 4 is now Discontinued, I tried the new Tab A 7.0 and was quite disappointed. the Bluetooth connectivity is unstable and tends to crash so I have to turn bluetooth off/on, and the range is about HALF that of a Tab 4. Heck I can lay the Tab A flat on the table and it wont see anything!

So unfortunately it seems that Samsung isnt going to be a viable option anymore for us.

I need to know what is the best tablet for the money when it comes to maximum bluetooth range and performance? Thanks.

Hotspot performance

Hi, I live in a metropolitan area with generally good LTE signal (t-mobile/usa), and before the OPO3 I had HTCs, nexuses and a Z3. And I use the WiFi hotspot a lot. All the handsets in the past few years had performed surprisingly really well - same service, same place - i could stream HD youtube since 2010.

This one though is barely loading pages. Everything else works great. Is this normal?

Why should I buy Xperia X Performance?

I have been a big fan of Xperia Z series since the first Z. I changed my phone every time the new Z came out (except Z1 since I just started my career life without much savings).

Every time the new Z came out, I could find its awesomeness, imo, for example the first Z was stylish, waterproof, and powerful but it suffers a lot from heat, washed out display, and loosen waterproof charging caps. Then Z1 came out with more charming metal body, magnetic charging port, and 20 Mpixels camera, highest for a smartphone at the time.

Z2 came out as what the first Z should be at the first place with bigger and vivid screen, stereo speakers, and battery life is awesome to the point that I never found any others with this battery longevity at the time . For Z3, is almost identical to Z2 in term of spec sheet but I found it's very nice to hold in my hand plus the speaker is a lot better, far better than even Z5.

Z4 was very good on the spec sheet, especially with no more microusb cap but the battery life is a very big disappointment with almost half what Z3 lasts. It also suffers a lot of heat from normal uses. Z5 premium is, imo, the most refined Xperia with decent battery life, big screen, stylish material and colors selection.

Also, I don't know if it's me alone but every time I got the new Xperia on my hand, I felt really good and every single one of them was attractive.

Strangely, I can't explain but when I hold X/XP on on my hand, I didn't feel a thing, not even a glimpse of attractiveness although my country is offered 64GB/dual sims variant at the same price as Galaxy S7 (32GB/dual sims variant) with contract. I was never really into Samsung before (not because I hate it but I just neither found it attractive) but this time, I event think of waiting for Note7.

What are you guys' opinions? What are your before and after buying feelings toward X Performance?

Sony XPERIA X Performance Antutu Benchmark

I start testing Sony XPERIA X PErformance and it is really the most powerfull device from Sony Mobile until now. In Antutu i get more than 127 000 points, which is perfect score for games. But sometimes in application drawer the phone is not one hundred percent fast... Do you see something similar sometimes? Are you ok with speed XERIA X Performance?

Best Rom for Battery Life/ Camera/ Performance

Hi, i've a Lg g3 with Fulmics Rom, i'm really happy with it but the battery life is terrible. Before upgrading to Fulmics Rom i was stuck on CloudyG3, i switch between roms every time with a clean install. I really like Marshmallow but switching back to Lollipop wouldnt be a problem. So, for Battery Life, Performance and Camera what is the best rom? Thanks for the support and sorry for the noobish question, i know that there isn't a best rom in absolute, but i'm here to hear the advices for your personal experience.

Pokemon Go Performance?

How is the Nexus 5x performing with Pokemon Go? I am considering purchasing this phone and this is a major consideration for me.

[Q] Verizon vs. AT&T 3G/4G performance?

Hey folks, I've got an LTE N7 on the way.
Going to use it in my car and add it to my data plan.

I'm currently on Verizon but would have no issue moving to AT&T. Both have similar coverage in my area, though AT&T may be a tad better.

Does the N7 have any issues on Verizon? I found one article in my searching that suggested the N7 only works on some Verizon bands. Can anyone confirm if AT&T will be the better bet for total coverage on 2G/3G/4G?

[PnP&Thermals tweak] Customized profiles for battery saving and/or better performance

Addon was originally only available on Venom HUB but i decided to release it for everyone to use. Here is copy paste of description and changelogs from the HUB.I will update thread as i update it on HUB.
Also big thanks to @hamdir for testing my performance profile on various games, he will also post later hes review, pictures and comparisons to stock.

Quote:

This addon is designed to save some extra battery, and reduce heat.Magic is done in 2 files:
1:Thermal-engine is tweaked in order to provide much better sustained performance and cooler phone, without big impact on performance.
2:Pnp file is another key component, its HTCs CPU/GPU/EMMC/MODEM and many more control engine. Here many tweaks where done, but gonna quickly list some of the important ones:
-Per app control, automatically suspends 2 BIG cores, and runs on 2 low power ones, it also limits the GPU speed to lowest. This will do only for some most commonly used apps, like Sense Prism, Nova launcher, Apex, other HTC apps, various chat programs(hangouts, facebook, messanger, whatsap etc), YouTube and some more.. as those apps dont require a lot power.
-Screen off is set to 2 low power cores for nice standby times
-Power saver is tweaked to actually save some power and not just lower screen brightness
-Extreme powersaver is also tweaked down to save even more power
-Input boost frequencies are also lowered (CPU ramps up moment you touch screen)
-And alot of other minor tweakups..

Also its recommended not to change anything CPU/GPU related in any other apps, like EX and just let this files do the job for you.

If for some reason you dont like this mod or have any problems with it, installer includes revert to stock option :)

Read more info in changelogs below.

Compatibility:
All 1,8x based roms and kernels(even stock).
Not compatible with 1.5 or below bases (will cause random crashes), if someone needs i can make one specially for this bases.

Download:

Anyone else notice improved camera and speaker performance with 3.2 update?

My camera takes much better pictures and seems to focus faster after the update. The speakers sound noticeably better too. I know all the hype was around the ram and srgb mode but not much has been said about the camera and speakers. Anyone else notice these improvements?

X performance vs. Xperia X signal strength antenna

I just received the Xperia X (usa version). When I go into a specific building that has bad reception my Xperia Z5 always was able to work fine and get internet. The Xperia X won't receive calls and the internet just hangs. Does the X Performance have a better signal strength and antenna or is this just an anomaly of the Xperia X?
