Looking for full body case S7 EDGE

Hello. I am looking for full body case for S7 EDGE. On my iphone 6 I'm using this case:

Case Friendly Screen protectors in the US

Since there are too many glass protectors and many people here recomending products from the India, I think It would be useful for us in the US
to know which alternatives we have for "CASE FRIENDLY" screen protectors or full covered tempered glass that we can buy in amazon.com or ebay.
Many sellers claims that most works with cases but real users opinions is what counts. I have the oficial op3 slim case.

I'm Confused About Which Model I have, So That I can Purchase a Case

I'm a bit lost, as I only recently purchased a Note 10.1 GT-N8013, and some of the answers I'm finding through google seem outdated or not lining up with each other. I checked the thread regarding cases, and it seems pretty old, so it might be missing some info, and two of the cases I checked out are no longer available.

1. Is the N8013 a 2012 or 2013 model? From what it seemed like, there's only a 2012 and a 2014 note, but then I see cases "designed for the N8013" 2013 model. I assumed I have a 2012 model, because it's certainly not the 2014.

2. Do smart covers actually exist for the N8013? I see comments going both ways, on Amazon. Some seem to say it has a magnetic sensor. Others say it has a proximity sensor. Certain covers are listed as smart cases for it, but the reviews often disagree with each other as to whether or not it can sleep and wake via the case being opened or closed.

3. If smart covers do exist for the N8013, does it have to be enabled in the settings, because I'm not finding that option?

4. I'm on 6.0.1 CM13, if that matters.

So basically, I'm looking for two cases. The otterbox defender is way under MSRP, so I'll pick one of those up anyways, and am not concerned about a smart case version there, just that I'm getting the correct model. This would be for traveling, hiking, etc.

The second case I would like would be thin, lightweight, and if possible, be a smart case. I have one like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 for my ipad Air, and would like something like that for the N8013. Tiny, a bit of protection but not much, with a smart flap that magnetically holds the front cover in place and also enables/disables sleep. This would be an around the house case. I would even be ok with something Snugg sized, but again, it's getting on the bigger size, and when I pull up my model on Amazon, it comes up with the 2014 models of the Note, but clearly lists it in the picture section that my model is last gen.

Please assist, because I'm confused due to the odd naming system with the Note tablet series.

Samsung Official LED Case stopped working after last update ...

Both my wife and I got S7's from Verizon on release day. We ordered Samsung Smart LED Covers from Amazon shortly thereafter.

Both phones have been fine - cases been great (with minor feature issues based on apps - but that's another story).

There was a minor update a few weeks ago. Since then BOTH our phones' cases stopped working.

It still puts it to sleep, but the LED and the swipe detection on the LEDs are dead as a doorknob.

I searched and found a lot of people have had MATERIAL issues (using foil on the back, etc.) and Samsung wants to send me a new one.

BUT ... I'm simply POSITIVE that this has to do with the update; not a defect. Samsung says I should factory reset (I eventually did - didn't fix it).

Can ANYONE else confirm that they have this cover, took the update and had failure after? At this point, I'd be happy to hear that someone else's survived the update.

Hi, I really like the look of the official Google Adopted case (not the cloth one, the other) but I live in Argentina so I cannot access to the Google store. Is there any site or any way I can order one? I've looked on eBay with no luck and I'm afraid of fake 'original' cases. Thanks.

Possible best protective case for curved screen? And screen protector?

First time I am facing having to protect a curved screen so a good protective case will be a must fro me. From the Galaxy s7 edge forums I managed to see Speck Candyshell case had the higestest "edge" on the case and it kind of feels most secure to me because it appears to put the most distance from entire phone screen to anything it might hit. Or do othe people think differently? Which company do you think will make the best portective case?

Also, which company do you reckon wil make the best screen protector?

[Q] WIll root drain battery in my case?

I have a nexus 6 and I'm looking to root it but worried about battery life. I don't intend to install a custom rom, I only am rooting to "hack" games, such as using an app to change values. Will this make my battery drain faster or not because I wont be doing much?

Samsung Galaxy s7 edge case that cover capacitive keys

Hi to everyone... Two weeks ago I manage to break down my s7 edge screen but only in the place where capacitive keys are...
Everything works great and i was wondering if there is a case that has the ability to cover all the "silver" place around capacitive keys and capacitive keys.. I had try 3 TGSP for me was the best solution but all of them has touch sensitivity problem that I can't handle it...

Pleson Crystal Clear Case

I received this case for free to do an honest review. My initial impressions are GREAT! The cutouts and holes are perfectly aligned and function properly. As you know if you own this phone the buttons are horrible! I would buy this case just for the change that it makes in pressing the buttons! Im not one on clear cases due to the scratches that can easily be seen, time will only tell. The case is a soft tpu and fells nice and the lip on the front will allow you to set the phone on its face without touching the surface, the camera is raised up as well. For less than , it is well worth it for the more tactile button feel and protection that this case offers

Great case with OUT a cover

I searched everywhere for recommendations for a case with OUT a cover. I wanted just a case that covered the back and as slim as possible and with some grip but NOT sticky. I took a chance and bought this case for my 9.7" because I'm new I can't post a link but search eBay for X-Line Shape Soft TPU Rubber Gel Case Cover For Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0"/9.7" the seller is hksanho I highly recommend it as it fits perfectly, is extremely well made (actually I'm shocked at how perfect the molding is) gives grip and is not sticky. I have a Gold Tab S2 and I bought the grey, it perfectly compliments it, further giving it the titanium look. Best of all it took only 6 days from time of order to delivery in Phoenix. I've only bought one or two things from directly from China and was extremely reticent to buy something I couldn't see or feel and not knowing if I'd ever actually get it in my lifetime LOL. Hopefully my post will help others and obviously I have no connection to the seller!

after three days of continuous search for 24 hours looking for reasonable solution ?? till now neither me nor the other people who suffering just like me found the solution .
well i'll explain the problem i hope i could find reasonable answers from those beautiful minds :

when i connect the device to the laptop , the laptop recognize it . OK ? just concentrate :D
this leads us to conclude that all drivers are installed and updated and the usb port of the laptop works properly and the usb port of the phone is working properly too :D:D also this means that usb cable is good DO YOU AGREE WITH ME ?
so PLEEEEEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO CHECK ONE OF THOSE :D i have already checked them
now when i try to go to to download mode i should turn off the phone as all of you know :D as the device turns off, a small box at the corner of laptop appears telling me that the last device you connected malfunctioned and the computer doesnt recognize it . :D:D:D:D so how should i enter the f****** download mode if the laptop doesnt recognize the f****** phone i checked the device manger there is yellow triangle (at the same site where the device had been recognized before turning off ) unknown device "device descriptor request failed".
it seems normal for you cuz you think now in the recovery mode what if i told you that i have flashed wrong cwm recovery and now i am not capable of entering recovery .

Case with slider to close camera

Does anyone know of a case that has a physical door/shutter for the camera? I want a case that allows me to manually open and close the camera port with a slider or something. I think always having the camera lens open with no protection and no privacy is seriously not a good/smart idea. With the phones living in our pocket and always around us, countless things scratch the camera lens; not to mention all the concerns about someone hacking the phone and the nsa just watching our cameras feeds like they are a tv.

Replacement metal case / end cover.

Hi All,
I'm only one week into running my G5 after two good years with a G3.

I've not yet got any protective case cover yet, but this time out I'm wondering whether I should just run it uncovered.

What I'd like to establish is does this modular design lend itself to just getting whole new replacement carcass/chassis and easily able for the average Joe to swap over the screen/internals without need for special glues / baking / adhesives etc etc?

If it proves easy to re-shell it, then I'll be less concerned about scratches , chips, marks..

Tab S2 9.7 2016 vs. 2015 case?

Does the newer 2016 model of this tablet take the same cases as the original? I was all ready to order a Moko case with handstrap from Amazon ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B010LFKD14...Z0J5NFX2&psc=1 ) but I noticed it specifically said it was for the 2015 version.
