trying to uninstall cyanogen mod to go to stock

Hey I am trying to uninstall cyanogen mod on my galaxy s4 so that I can return it to stock to sell it. I was following this guide techbeasts.com/how-to-unroot-samsung-galaxy-s4-all-versions/
I downloaded my firmware off of samsungs site the newest firmware available for my phone. I tried to restore it and it gave me an error about xmitdata fail so I had to unplug the phone and try again. Now if I try and boot up the phone it says firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies and try again. If I try and reflash it in odin I get this far now and it freezes...

Honor 5x FRP Locked (Stock Recovery, Cyanogen Mod 13)

I have no idea what to do...

I was running July 18th's version of Cyanogen's Mod, my TZ Firmware was outdated, so I was not able to update to the new version of Cyanogen Mod 13 which supports the fingerprint scanner. So in order to update it, I would have to revert to EMUI, and the stock recovery. By mistake, before restoring to the stock OS, I restored to the stock recovery. In order to actually use the firmware update, I must have EMUI installed. So now I'm stuck, I can't install TWRP and revert because the FRP is locked. I have no idea how to unlock it. I don't have GApps installed so I can't add a google account (I believe I read that's what FRP lock is).

I'm a newbie when it comes to this and I'm in huge need of assistance, thank you all for your time.

OPenGApps and CGApps don't seem to have them. this phone's platform is TI OMAP4460.

camera bug in canvas a1 ( 12.1 cyanogen)

I am using canvas a1 8g varient with cyanogen 12.1........ Some days ago I find a issue in camera......when I record a video its look good, but in playback in any video player its play but with a lot of frame drop and unstable frame video? (This problem in all quality 480p 720p and 1080p )

( in stock os I never find this type probelm)

i know that odexed rom are more stable smooth and fast because it eat less space in memory and on ram

if these rom are deodexed, anyone can post a tutorial to odex framework and apps on cyanogen and other roms?

i dont use themes on deodexed roms , so i prefer odexed roms....

Anything on how to unlock the bootloader/Install Cyanogen 13 on S4?

I've done a **** ton of research for about 2 months now, and have come up with this
1) Verizon/AT&T/Samsung are the worst companies in existence.
2) I'm doomed to have ****ty lollipop for the rest of my S4's existence.
3) Unlocking the bootloader is completely impossible as of what I've read.
4) Not a lot is said about the S4 anymore, since it's so old.

Anyway. I'm trying to collect info for the S4, since jumping from thread to thread for hours on end is giving me a headache. My questions are
1) Has ANYONE come close to unlocking the bootloader on an S4 as of June 2016
2) If not, Has anyone come close to getting Cyanogen 13 working with safestrap? Or a varient of Cyanogen? (I know it doesnt work because it needs to be TouchWiz based)
3) If Cyanogen 13 ( Or a touchwiz variant) doesn't work. Is there a safestrap compatible rom that looks/feels like marshmallow?
4) If THAT isn't a thing. Can I make one?

Sorry If I'm breaking any rules (I'm about 99% sure I'm not but like to apologize anyway), but I am really tired of jumping forums, getting a headache, and ripping my hair out, just to hardbrick my phone. Thanks!
