dm verification failed

I successfully rooted my t-mobile gse thru the engineered root. Its been a few days and when im in recovery mode it says 'dm verification failed' on the bottom. pretty sure that wasnt there before and my phones been a little laggy since i noticed it(could just be in my head). is this a problem or is this normal after root?

dm-verity verification failed samsung s6 edge AT&T

Yesterday my phone ran out of battery, I went to plug it in to recharge and noticed my phone does not boot completely, it gets stuck at the AT&T logo. I went to the boot menu and noticed I have the dm-verity verification failed issue, does anyone have instructions to fix this I can follow. My phone is a samsung s6 edge LRX22G.G925AUCU1AOCE. I have odin v3.07 and I believe I found the AP, BL, CP, and CSC_ATT files for my phone as it matches the G925AUCU1AOCE. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Help needed, signature verification for gapps, how to?

Hi all, my misadventures continues,
since I failed to unlock the phone and I gave up with that method, I decided to flash the 6.0.1 for locked bootloaders, but the application supposed to do the job (chainfire.flash_0.50) didn't want to ask for root permissions and it failed to start (the phone was rooted al LL5.0, and busybox and safestrap worked fine), poor me.
So I decided to load the rom on phone and flash it by safestrap, i wiped all, then I uploaded the bootloader by odin.

All ok abut without gapps the phone stucks on boot, poor me! Now I've only the original recovery and it ask for signature verification of the zip with gapps, how to create it?

Verification failed

Whenever I restart my phone I get this message, which I've attached a screen shot and usually when i turn it on from a powered off state I get a screen with what looks to be the ststus/settings for the service that shows when another T-Mobile customer is typing or read receipts for text. Started about a month ago, anyone know anything about this verification failed or the other? Thanks

Stock Recovery and No OS installed, verification failed

Hello everyone,
I have a Yu Yunique, and to remove bloatware I rooted it and, in the process I accidentally deleted the phone app and phone process, so I installed TWRP to flash a new ROM to fix it, but I again accidentally formatted the phone and lost the OS, so I didn't know what to do, desperate I thought that I could install it with the stock recovery and flashed the stock recovery. Each time i try to install a ROM or flash a recovery(.img) via ADB sideload it says that the package verification failed. My current position: Yu stock recovery installed, and no OS installed. What is my plan of action? Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :( :( :(

Boot verification fail = brick?

tried to flash my H901 but failed.

I cannot recover it in any way.

When it turns on it loops on the LG logo and a message: boot verification fail!
On Hard Reset it keeps looping on the same screen
On LG Bridge there is a message: Cannot check internal storage on your phone
On LG Flash Tool with H90120e_00_0316.kdz: error connecting to server
On LG UP with TotbypassFRPlgh901.tot: Antirollback version is smaller than device version
On fastboot flashing stock boot.img: writing 'boot'... FAILED (remote: unknown command)

I don't know what else to do, please help!!!
