Casper VIA M1 Factory Reset by Recovery = Google Account Verification Lock (FRP Lock)

I was updating the phone when it made an error and deleted android system
I flashed a new ROM, and now im stuck

Can i use ADB to see witch email it is locked to ??
i think i know the email but im not sure
