Cannot hide Google Search bar
Has anyone noticed recently that the Google Search bar is back if you've tried hiding it? Evidently one of the Google updates broke the fix that Xgels made to hide it. I've tried everything and cannot get it off my screens. Help! Any ideas? I've considered using another custom launcher but prefer not to. There used to be a 'Google Search' shown under Apps so that it could be turned off ,but that's gone, too. Apparently Google wants their annoying search bar at the very top of every frigging page. I want it gone, anyone with ideas?

How to hide sim card icon?
Is there a way to hide the sim card icon on this device? I tried downloading several XPosed modules which indicate that they do this but none will work with the Galaxy Nexus.
I have the following ROM installed:

[MOD] [XPOSED] Hide VoLTE Icon for OnePlus 3
If you own a OnePlus 3 on T-Mobile and have enabled VoLTE (by enabling Enhanced 4G LTE Mode and switching to the "T-Mobile US LTE IPv6" APN), you might have noticed the annoying VoLTE icon in the status bar:

I was bothered enough to make an Xposed module that just hides it. Just install Xposed, download, install, and enable the module, and reboot.

Hide the 4G/LTE icon from Statusbar?
Hey guys, I just want to know if there's any way to hide the 4G icon (or the LTE) from my status bar, as I'm using XStana with iOS style and the 4G icon it's inside the signal icon, although the Wi-Fi icon is separate from the signal. I'm in a Moto G 2015 with stock 6.0.1. I've searched on Gravity Box but I don't find anything. Hide or remove, I don't care

[HOWTO][ROOT]: Hide NFC icon in statusbar
Here's a little trick to remove the nasty, useless NFC icon in the notification bar.
I've found this over in the Z5 forums so all fame goes to @nreuge and @lordriguez.
All you have to to is grab a root enabled file manager, navigate to /oem/system-properties and change the following line in config.prop from :
to
Note that there might be other config.prop files inside other sub-folders (I had 3) and you have to restart the phone afterwards.

Hide root app?
Hello XDA!
Im sorry for this thread, but Im little out of loop, wanted to know few things. Because my phone now is 2years old and there is no more warranty, I wanna add custom rom and root. Regarding this, I got question.
After installing new rom, I still want to use my corporate e-mail. As far as Im informed, that e-mail app will not start, if it detects, that a phone is rooted. Is there a way to hide root status, so that app can start? (I think endomondo or spotify also had that ****ty "protection" against root).
