Stuck on TWRP logo (loading screen).

Hey guys,

I was trying to root my Samsung Galaxy S7 when something went wrong.
I'm currently stuck on the TWRP loading screen and I've tried to flash back to stock firmware but whenever I load the image into Odin it gets stuck on:
<ID:0/003> SetupConnection..

I downloaded the Firmware from here:
sammobile.com/firmwares/download/72588/G930FXXU1APD1_G930FUWT1APD3_MMO/

I've tried:
- Reinstalling Samsung drivers
- Different USB port
- Different cable

images not loading in apps

Hi guys. You may have seen I've had some problems latest in another help thread, below:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g...t3424931/page1

After reinstalling TWRP, rooting and back on Fluence HD and restored apps from titanium backup.

Now no images are showing in apps like eBay, gumtree, Groupon etc.

I've tried clearing cache and data from each app, reinstalled each app and tried on both wifi and 4g connections.

Thanks in advance guys

Loading different UI

Hi,

Is it possible to load the Samsung UI onto a Sony phone? I've been searching but can't find an answer in laymen's terms for someone who's never rooted their phone before.

Thanks :)

(Xiaomi Mi5) TWRP not loading and stuck in bootloop

Device:
Xiaomi Mi 5 32gb (Not pro)
Rom: Cyanogenmod 13

After flashing CM, my phone was stuck in a bootloop. So I decided to do the standard wipe in TWRP, and then reflash CM. My phone is still stuck in the bootloop, and now TWRP won't load. I tried flashing a newer version of TWRP 3.0.2-1, but booting into recovery still gives me the same "loading page". What should I do?

Also, I made the noob mistake of making no backups.

Stuck at Lollipop loading Screen

Hey folks. I'm stuck at the lollipop loading screen and can't get my ROM loaded, nor can I get into recovery.

I was on SkyDragon 6.x with the 35 bootstack. I wanted to load the stock 47A by xdabbeb, and all was good. I got into 47A, loaded things and then realized that I didn't have my Nova Launcher settings saved. I went back into recovery, wiped, flashed my most recent working backup, and then rebooted. Now I'm stuck at the ROM's loading screen (the four weird rotating artworks). It won't go past that even after leaving it for 30 minutes. It's possible the cause for my error was not wiping dalvik/cache after restoring, but regardless, my problem is now that I CAN'T FIND A WAY TO GET BACK INTO RECOVERY!!!

I tried the power+volume down, release at logo, then power+volume down like 20 times, but to no avail.
I tried adb in download mode, but my device isn't found in the list (maybe because the rom is not setup properly??)

What options do I have to get into recovery? I haven't backed up my photos in a while and it would be a TERRIBLE loss to have those photos go missing.

PLEASE HELP (at 3 AM!!!)!!!

XT1097 Marshmallow TWRP not loading

Hey everyone

I'm trying to root my XT1097 (Canadian on Wind Mobile) but I cant seem to get TWRP to install. Everytime I try to boot into recovery it just boots normally. I have been searching these forums (and the internet) for days and can't seem to find a solution. I did see one mention of some devices automatically replacing a custom recovery when trying to boot into recovery for the first time and needing to hold a specific key combo while booting to prevent this but as near as I can tell this device is not one of them. It sure seems to be acting that way though, am I missing something?

Here is the info
Moto X 2014 XT1097 on Wind Mobile in Canada
Unlocked bootloader
Dev options on with USB debugging enabled
"twrp-3.0.2-1-victara.img" is the file I am trying to use from the twrp website, which I believe is the correct one

I enter the following in cmd

E:\Programs\Android>fastboot boot recovery.img
downloading 'boot.img'...
OKAY [ 0.328s]
booting...
OKAY [ 0.251s]
finished. total time: 0.578s

and it reboots normally. If I try this:

E:\Programs\Android>fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
target reported max download size of 536870912 bytes
sending 'recovery' (9160 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.328s]
writing 'recovery'...
OKAY [ 0.407s]
finished. total time: 0.734s
Then select recovery on the phone, it just shuts off.
It says "Mismatched partition size (recovery)" in pink when I flash the recovery image but I read that that can be ignored if you use the first method.

Any help would be great!
