Problem with Software Update with Xperia Companion

When i conect my M4 it says its up to date but its on 5.0 and then i pres on software update and this window appears
and then i click update and this appears and when i click ok nothing hepends it doesent start to donwoad a new firmware i tryed this on 2 pc's same result

PC Companion

I'm a Z1 user about to buy a Z5. Today I've built a new PC & when i went to install PC Companion from the Z1 or download it says I need to update it before using & then crashes. I've since worked out that Sony has released Xperia Companion but that doesn't appear to have all the features that PC Companion had, especially contacts / calendar sync. No sync, whats the use.

Someone help a bloke out URGENTLY.

Can't update to Marshmallow via PC companion

When i conect my m4 to the pc and start pc companion(latest version) it says your device is up to date but its not its on 26.1.A.3.111 and the update is still not avaible trought About phone/Software update but i dont get it why i cant update it via PC.

flash tool and sony companion failed

My phone xperia Z c6603 was rooted and it failed by updateing Android 5.1.1 10.7.A.0.228 on Sony Companion. Repair failed too.
Flash tool is failing on fotakernel.sin
I was training to flash the kernel with boot.img - Failed

Wath is my options to bring the phone working again?
