Let's talk battery life

I have a new 1254. I never used the stock ROM. I unlocked it and put cm13 out of the box. I get about 5-6 hours of screen time out of it . Mostly browsing, I used it for movies on a flight. Is this good? Not sure what to expect. Would a stock ROM be better?

What's everyone getting out of their battery?

Straight talk verizon sim and switching phones

Well I started out with a Note 3 broke it got another Note 3 and now upgraded to the Note 4 all verizon models all using the same straight talk verizon sim.

Service works on the note 4 BUT am limited to 3G. After talking to a few techs they finally told me I need a new sim card. They don't allow switching phones and keeping a single sim.

They are sending a new sim free of charge so at least that's a good thing. Just that I would put this info out there in case anyone else does that same as me and think you can just move the sim card and be good to go.

Sent from my SM-N910V using XDA-Developers mobile app

Verizon note 5 on straight talk

Using it on straight talk right now with the t-mobile Sim card but it seems as if my texts come in late sometimes and I know my signal could be better. I'm thinking about putting the Verizon sim card from straight talk in it but will it really help? I Live in MEtro Atlanta btw so t-mobile is probably the fastest and att is known for its reliability but I go down to savannah next month for college so I'm thinking maybe verizon is better. And does anyone know the correct apn's for tmo and Verizon on straight talk?

Need Solution to APN Problem.... Straight Talk

I finally got my moto e 2015 xt1526 activated with straight talk, (I am still not sure how i pulled that off) and in any rom except the stock, data refuses to work. In the stock rom, it says Chameleon for the network, and i tried the apn fix for sprint, no luck. If someone could help me sort this out, i would be grateful!

Samsung Galaxy S3 (Straight Talk, Build H1) Jelly Bean 4.1.2 to 4.4 KitKat

So I've successfully rooted my Samsung Galaxy S3 from Straight Talk using TowelRoot and have installed SuperSU. I now want to upgarde to KitKat 4.4, but don't know where to start? I've done alot of reading on this and I understand I have to basically download a ROM of KitKat 4.4, but I am wary as to which one to download and how I go about installing it. I don't want to brick my phone.

If that's not possible or too dangerous, I would at least like to remove all the stock bloatware that came with my phone. My baseband/build number ends in H1, if that is relevant at all.

Thanks!

Can you use straight talk on i777?

I've upgraded phones and am selling my old AT&T i777 and the buyer wants to know if straight talk is possible. It's already rooted and I've installed plenty of roms before. Is it as simple as putting in a new SIM card? Or do I need to install a special rom? Tweak the apn settings? I don't know how straight talk works exactly
