Major problem with Network System Provider

I froze Network System Provider in "Titanium Backup" because I literally would have the message "NetworkSystemProvider has Stopped" popup 2 seconds after I would press OKAY on the message. Please if anyone knows how to fix this issue I would greatly appreciate being walked through the process."
Also, in Google Play Store I can only download 1 app at a time, then once that app has downloaded it takes a while to actually install. Other apps that I download while another app is downloading or installing will give the message "DOWNLOAD PENDING". Is this problem related to the NETWORK SYSTEM PROVIDER or completely different. Can someone help me figure out how to fix this issue also.
Thank You,
Droid_Galaxy

What's the package for Service Provider update?

Randomly, out of no where, started getting "Service Provider Update" dialog about install software for my sim. Accepting it throws it into recovery with an error.

What's the package for it so I can disable it?

Service Provider Update after Root

I have followed the guide to flash the unlocked firmware and root my S7 Edge (http://forum.xda-developers.com/veri...rizon-t3415145) and all has been working well this weekend. This morning my phone gives me a persistent popup notification about a service provider update and "my device will restart to configure features supported by new sim card." The only option is to press ok and allow it to reboot. I cannot use my phone while this notification is active, and I am unable to kill it in any way. When the phone reboots to recovery, the configuration fails with "dm-verity verification failed". I then reboot system or power off and the endless cycle continues.

Has this happened to anyone else, has anyone figured out a way around this? I think I can reflash the firmware and start over from scratch, but this is of course not ideal.
Thank you for any help you may provide.

How to make phone appear as a tablet to mobile provider?

Back in 2012, I got an international Galaxy Note and I opened a tablet plan with my mobile provider (Bell in Canada). It was an experiment and it worked. I was able to use it for a whole year without issue until the Galaxy Note 2 came out and I signed up for a contract with it and got a really nice plan/deal.

I tried this again recently with my old Note 2 but found out that my current provider (Telus) has an issue with what device I use the tablet plan with. I was told they created rules as to what type of plans they tack on to certain devices that connect to their network (something about APN, I think).

I want to know if I can circumvent this system by making any Android phone look like a tablet when it connects to any mobile carrier. My other option is to try switching to Bell again but I'm afraid that they will be caught up as well and treat me the same. Thanks.
