Some OTG functions work, others don't?

I've got a D800 LG G2, and I'm having issues with some USB OTG features.
I have a generic USB OTG cable (just USB, no Y connector for power), and up until a month or so ago, it was working perfectly fine.
I was able to use USB flash drives, USB keyboard/mice, my wireless USB headset, my USB mic (Blue Snowball), and my USB wireless Xbox 360 controller receiver.
However, about a month ago, I tried to use a few USB devices, and it was not working properly.
This is what works now:
USB Audio (headset, and microphone) However, my headset's built-in buttons and volume wheel, which previously worked (for pause, and volume), now only act as "select", activating whichever option/app/icon is selected on the screen (almost like a keyboard would)
USB Flash drives somewhat work. I can see the files, but only with ES File Explorer, but it treats it as read-only. I have tried multiple drives.
USB Keyboard/mouse work as normal
My 360 controller does not work at all, but the receiver powers up and the controller appears to sync to it.

OTG Troubleshooter, from the Play Store, shows "USB Host Support" and "Hub USB Device Detected in Android" checked, but shows "No USB Device Detected in Linux"
This does not change regardless of what device I plug in.

Information about my device:
LG G2 D800
Stock Android 5.0.2 (Rooted), ver. D80030f
Kernel Version: Dorimanx 3.4.112 V11.1-LG-D800-PWR-Core+
Dorimanx Profile is set to Performance, CPU max speed set to 2572MHz
Nothing is overheating

I have not tried a whole lot to fix this; I couldn't find much information, and I'm not sure where to start with troubleshooting OTG.

(Bootloader Unlock) Finally.... GX8 and several others

I used this to bootloader unlock several different Huawei devices, including the Honor 5x, GX8 and a couple others.

If you've tried to bootloader unlock your GX8 anytime in the past months, you know it always says the "server is busy" and you cannot do the official bootloader unlock, that is, until Now!

First, let me give a shout out to RootJunky, his video is imperative in watching to make sure you enter all the information in the correct spot, as it won't initially be in the English language on the page. It can be translated however once you get to the page where you enter your device information.

1st. Install the Huawei drivers

2. Install ADB drivers and make sure your phone has been given ADB access on your screen (After you install the drivers, open a command window and type adb devices with your phone plugged into your computer, then check the box and you're good to go. If you don't have ADB setup correctly just ask, surely someone or myself will guide you through it.

3. Download this. It's all the Bootloader unlock info you need, and extract it.

OK NOW.... Open this page on your computer:

--Check mark the box at the bottom of the first page, then click the rectangular box to get to the next page, Where the bootloader unlock process begins.

On this page, just right click if you're using google chrome and select translate to english and you can see where everything goes. Also, watch the video as it helps tremendously. Don't mind that his video is for the P8 lite, as it's exact same process.

YouTube, VUDU and others no 1080p

So I know it's talked about in a few different places, mainly articles. But why is this not a major complaint forcing OnePlus to get it fixed? It's driving me insane... Any 1080p videos with 60fps just simply will not play in anything higher than 480p. I know some people are blaming YouTube but now I'm noticing it in my VUDU app as well... Cannot play ANY movie in HD or HDX... Or even download them in a higher quality. That's making me think it's the phone again for some reason.

Bluetooth problems NOT LIKE THE OTHERS

Hey everyone. I has done a lot of damage to my nexus 6p and had to replace the whole front panel, the whole back, and a new battery. Now I can see bluetooth devices but its hit or miss if i can connect without flipping on and off. Also it gets very very staticy when trying to use any audio. Then it drops connection to device. Is this what the "new update" is doing to people? I am on 6.0.1 but did not use bluetooth for anything but my watch before it broke. I just don't know if maybe something bluetooth related was also damaged. I just spent 0 to get this phone back up and working. Thanks!

3rd Party Samsung Clear View cover app (works with S6 Edge Plus and others)

Hey all,

I have been searching for a Clear / S - View Case app to change the appearance of my screen when the flip is closed.

I found this company called Kview which was reference on a few youtube videos. Their app is on Google Playstore, but a word of caution, the ads are annoying.

They have a few apps, namely:-

1. Kview locker - for non full screen flip cases (e.g. half screen / side view / quarter circle view on bottom right/etc
2. Kview Magic Mirror - for Samsung's Clear view cases, featuring full screen lock when flip is on.
3. Dot view - dot view style lock screen when flip is closed.

Apparently there is one more, but I am not sure what it is.
