Can't get Safestrap to load...

I'm having a lot of trouble getting my phone to boot into recovery mode. This is my first attempt at rooting and loading a custom rom on any phone.

AT&T Note 3
Rooted with towelroot
Samsung-SM-N900A
Android version 4.4.2
N900AUCUCNC2
MDF v1.0 Release 2

I've installed towelroot and rooted the phone. I've installed SuperSu and Busy Box. Safestrap installs with no issues but when I reboot the phone goes right back to the regular AT&T boot.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Stuck on Recovery Screen when trying to load TWRP

Whenever I try to boot to the recovery through the bootloader the phone just gets stuck on the screen that says "Entering Recovery..." with the HTC logo below it.
I have left the phone like this for about an hour and I still see no change so i'm not being impatient, everything else about the phone is fine.

Can I use TWRP to load older ROMs?

Are ROMs connected to a specific recovery? Or can I install the latest TWRP and use it to load an older ROM, e.g., CM11 Snapshot?

Can I get help with a "cannot load system.img"

I'm using this thread for help and got stuck at the last step.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/andr...groot-t3413941
Also, I realized when I clicked the ".img" it said to burn the disc into the windows disc image burner. I'm not sure if that is supposed to be popping up.

[Windows 10] Unable to load certain apps on several app emulators

Nox, Memu, Bluestacks and Koplayer. Some platforms I've tried fixing this problem and have an issue with them all.

I only play Game of War, as I do business from it but Mobile Strike also has this issue so I'm guessing it's linked to both as they're made by the same company.

Basically, I used to use Nox as my main emulator, which worked absolutely fine until one day I couldn't log in due to being stuck in a 'maintenance loop' which MZ (Game of War makers) haven't helped me get out of. So, I had to switch and found Memu. Been working fine, until today. Every time I go to load Game of War, it loads like normal, then at 70% the app closes. No error, nothing. This happens on every emulator, since today.

Things I've tried:
  • Reinstalling the app
    Reinstalling the emulators
    Reinstalling Windows
Deleting App cache, data and force stop

Works absolutely fine off my laptop, on the same network, but not off my main PC. Is this fixable at all, because I'm in a pickle and frankly, it's driving me nuts!

Tomtom load time

Can anyone with latest Tomtom installed say how long it takes to load.
I had 5x and it took 20 secs to load
Same on Motorola Force X.
Both I think are 810s, so would be interesting to compare op3 with 820 & 6gb of ram.
For comparison Galaxy S6 loads Tomtom in 4 secs.
I use Tomtom for nearly all my road trips - the routing is unrivalled & the live traffic updates are great for avoiding motorway snarl ups - and waiting 20s for the app to start seems like an age LOL
