Titanium Backup doesn't recognize backed up files

Completely wiped my g4, backed up app data + system data prior the wipe.
Now, I open titanium backup, went on to 'backup folder' in preferences, I can see all of the backed up files in there, but when I go to 'Batch' and then 'Restore' it shows 0 apps to restore. clicking on 'reload application' didnt help, also tried re-installing.

what else can I do ? :(

[help] htc m8 lost EFS partition (not backed up)

I wiped my htc m8 while trying to flash new rom. In the process I lost the EFS partition that my SIM is not recognized any more. Unfortunately I didn't back up the partition. Now I have unkown IEMI and Baseband in my custom Skydragon ROM (Marshal Mellow). After reading through many similar problems, I learned that without this folder, my phone can no longer make a call. Is there any way to solve my problem ; i.e restore tool or any other solution to help make a call again?
