Cell Standby Battery Drain - Verizon

So I recently switched from MetroPCS to Verizon. The day I switched my battery died twice as fast. Cell standby being the problem according to the battery stats. 2nd day, same exact thing. So I did a factory reset. Then the next day the same exact thing. This did not happen on MetroPCS. Also, it seems to only be a problem when WiFi is on, but not connected for most of the day. Which is strange, because I don't see how your carrier would make that a problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Fixed this?

Android 6.0 shutting down data connection (Wifi and mobile data) in standby

I am not sure if this is a 6.0 problem or the problem of my new umi super so please excuse that try finding answers here first. My Phone is shutting down mobile data and wifi connection when going to standby.. not immediatly but after an undefined time span. Calls and Calender notifications are still comming throught but i recieve a billion whatsapp messages at once when turning on the screen. any ideas? i have never used clean 6.0 just sultan roms up to know, so i cant really say if this is a basic problem, an umi problem or just settings i screwed up.

Freeze during use / standby and reboot [Oppo F1f]

hi, it happened to someone who f1 crash occurs during use and then reboot? also the night, for example, I see that sometimes the screen turns on, the device connects to the 4G signal and reads microSD as just restarted! I will try the same with a hardreset, I wanted to get some feedback from you.

note: I never formatted the device in the 4 times when update was released

thank you

phone wakes up from standby for no reasons.

Has anyone had their phone screen just turn on when it was in standby for no apparent reason, My G5 just received a message placed next to the XP, then the XP screen just came on, there was no message, email or even phone call.

Lg v10 h962 dual sim not standby

Hello my everybody, Happy July 4th to you all.

Please does any V10 H962 owner experience this same issue?

Please do you have an idea of what might be wrong with my phone. My dual sim is no long standby. Sim 1 usually get 4G LTE and Sim 2 Gets 3G and 2G voice. Now I can only use either Sim 1 or Sim 2 at once. When One sim on 4G LTE, the second sim will Not get signal/coverage until I switch back to other one. Pls what can I do? I have migrated from MM to Lollipop, still the same issue.
Please any help will appreciated.

Cell Standby Suddenly Draining Battery (CM13 RR)

Last night I had a problem with my home wifi (phone couldn't connect--Authentication error). I rebooted the router and it connected. Then I noticed an hour or two later that my phone was warm and the battery drained about 20%. I charged it fully and went to bed. Six hours later and the battery was completely dead.

Cell Standby is using 60%. I wiped the dalvik and cache in recovery and it's still using 60%.

The phone is on CM13 RR (6/22).

Cell standby and battery drain?

So my S7 Edge currently doesn't have a carrier attached to it. (Using another phone temporarily). I'm getting high battery usage on the following 4 things:

Cell standby - 34%
Device idle - 28%
Android System - 23%
Android OS 13%

The phone was recently wiped, I haven't put anything on it yet. its been on battery for 7 hrs and its at 82%. Does that sound abnormally high? I have turned mobile data off too so not even sure why the cell is dying to use any power.

Sim Standby

Upon using wifi, my Redmi will hold 4G for an unknown amount of time, then suddenly either drop to HSPA, or UMTS depending on the region; as to my understanding this is what SIM Standby does where it just turns off data and leaves the voice and sms services online which is perfectly okay with me because in theory it saves power.

Though using T-Mobile, it doesn't play nice. It randomly drops services, then emergency calls only, then grabs service often switching frequencies, and it does this until I shut off Wifi, grabs 4G/LTE again, and I turn on wifi. Is there an option or a build.prop edit I can do to turn off SIM Standby?
