Data working but streaming services like YouTube and Pandora having issues.

The issue I'm having is slightly odd, data works fine the majority of the time but streaming stuff such as YouTube videos and Pandora songs won't work most of the time. Also sometimes data doesn't work at all and I have to turn data off and then back on a few times to get it working again. Right now Pandora works but still having issues with YouTube. Everything is working fine on my wife's OnePlus One and she's on ST as well, so I don't believe it to be a carrier issue. Has anyone else had this issue and is there a fix or potential solution?

I had an AT&T Galaxy S5 and it was rooted. I had patched Pandora 6.0 along with xposed and Pandora patcher so I could download music. Anyway, I just got the S7 edge (AT&T as well) and it is completely uprooted as we don't have root yet. But I still transferred my Pandora and Pandora patcher. I didn't transfer xposed or anything else that required root. And the Pandora patcher works on the S7 edge with root and without xposed. How is this possible?
