Has anybody seen this "incompatible data" error when installing rom using Flashfire?

I recently purchased a fire 7 which came with fireOS 5.1.4 on it which I downgraded to 5.1.2 (verified version in settings). I used KingRoot to get root and have verified that apps require root are working. I installed Flashfire and everything appears to work fine until I select flash. I can see it does the wipes fine, but when it tries to install cyanogenmod I receive an error that says "can't install package on top of incompatible data."

I have reset the device to factor defaults in settings and tried again and received the same error. Has anybody seen this issue before in flashfire? I've been looking for some time now and I seem to be alone.

Can anybody help me with this touch lock problem?

I'm using a redmi 3 pro and I'm on MIUI 7.
I only have 1 problem with the OS so far, but it's a huge one.
If the phone is idle for 3 seconds, the phone passively locks itself until I touch the screen to reactivate.
It happens on every app, every screen, and is making it impossible to use.
The status bar disappears top when the lock happens and it comes back after I touch the screen.
The video link below shows what is happening. Can any body help me solve this problem?
For all of the searching I did, it seems like I'm the only one who has encountered this problem.
I would appreciate any help on the matter. Thank you.

Anybody using nightly CM13?

Why I'm asking, is because I want to get your opinion about current CM13.
I have installed latest 0710 build and so far it's working perfectly fine. There are some glitches here and there, like Youtube not reacting to play button, fingerprint scanner not reacting after some time in deep sleep mode, proximity sensor glitching out and etc. Other than that, it is a perfect daily driver, so much faster than TW MM everywhere.

Please, anybody has a Mokee 4.4.2 KitKat? (With a split-screen option )

Anybody think this developer edition screen will work?

So I have had a Nexus 6 with a broken LCD sitting in a drawer for a while because screen prices (in addition to Motorola repair options) are much more than I would like, in addition to the phone running a custom ROM with an unlocked bootloader. So today I decided to look on ebay and screen prices are still pretty high, except this one.

Looks like this guy got his hands on one of those prototype LCD assemblies. I'm not sure who would part out and sell one of these but, here it is. I was wondering if this was worth a try or if I should just leave it dead in my drawer. The dude doesn't seem to know what he is selling but, mentions the ribbon cable is a bit short. If anyone can guide me on this, I would appreciate it.

EDIT: Meant to say Prototype rather than Developer, my apologies. If a mod wants to come through and fix the title, that would be great.

Anybody else have a main board failure? Here is my story.

Last week I was minding my own business, doing usual stuff on my phone and the device spontaneously rebooted into a bootloop at the Google logo. So I think "OK, no problem... I can try wiping cache/dalvik or at worst I have a recent nandroid backup" and proceed to reboot into recovery... except that it still hangs on the Google logo. Stuck at work I did a bunch of googling and found one other user who had the same thing happen recently.

When I got home I tried to fastboot flash TWRP again... but alas was still stuck at the Google logo. Next was a full flash of Google stock images, but that did nothing either... so I relocked the bootloader and had my provider (TELUS) send it in for warranty repair. I just had it returned with the repair stating the main board was replaced.

I have noticed a few users posting about being stuck on the Google logo and this concerns me a bit, as it almost seems like there may be some inherent hardware flaw causing the issue.

So I'm throwing the questions out there: Has anyone else had similar problems and is this something we should start to be concerned with?

LG GPAD 8.3 GPE (V510) Did anybody receive an OTA recently?

I just received an OTA for a new update. Forgive me, but I left my GPad at home, so I don't know what the update file is.

Just wanted to know if anybody else got it? I don't want to lose root or it to mess up my tablet.

Anybody know where i can get the G928A firmware for marshmallow?

It rolled out recently and I can't do an OTA. I've been looking all over for a legitmate file but no luck as of yet.

Will be eternally grateful for any help!
