S4 mini plus patching system image unconditionally error while upgrading rom

So I had my S4 mini with custom 12.1 rom . Danil_E71 the developer updated to a new version. When I downloaded it and tried to install no wipes no anything coming from same rom I get a message in twrp saying patching system image unconditionally and then it freezes. If I remove the battery and reboot twrp the /system is unmounted and can be mounted only via restoring backup . Since this hasn't happened to anyone else using this rom might this be something wrong in my model ? So far I tested Cm12.1 --> Cm12.1 rom update failed
Stock rom --> Cm12.1 through wipes etc failed again what can I do ? My model is the plus quad core version but I think its irrelevant in my case

TWRP unable to mount system and "Patching system image unconditionally" [XT1032]

Hello,
no matter which custom ROM I'm trying to install, the installation always gets stuck "Patching system image unconditionally". Waited for an hour and stopped it now. I have a maybe two weeks old official version of TWRP and made a factory reset before I tried to install. I already tried PAC-ROM and CM13, same error. When searching for the error cause, I saw, that in the ""Mount" menu, "System" is unchecked. Only "Cache" and "Data" are checked. But I can't check system, my phone just vibrates, but there is no checkmark after that.

Patching system image unconditionally T705Y

Hi,
Im stuck on patching system image unconditionally on my Samsung tab s 8.4, im running TWRM v2.8.7.0 and im trying to flash cyanogenmod 12.1 but stuck at the patching image thing. As of now im just letting it sit on that but it has been on that for the past 20 minutes, i have not tried anything as i dont really know what to try.
Help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Patching system image unconditionally... CM12.1

I have downloaded this recovery and succesfully installed it. Then I downloaded this custom CM12.1 mod for Xperia M2. When I wiped my device and started to flash the ROM it said Patching system image unconditionally... Now I am waiting for my phone to shut down when it runs out of battery. Please can you give me any way how to fix this. I really want this ROM. Maybe because I forgot to update bootloader. Emma doesn't work. When I open the startup window pops up and then closes but the proccess is still in the task manager
