Difference between stock roms. Surnia XT1527

Simple question i couldn't find.
I'm in CM13 but i want to use the stock marshmallow rom.
I know my phone is XT1527 but what is the difference between the names in the MEGA folder for example?:



Wich one should i use??

Today I would like request a port of Paranoid Android 6.0.1 on Surnia/Otus
It's my favorite ROM but not compatible for Surnia...

Can anyone help to port AOSPA for our beloved devices? I can test builds...

Can't mount /data or /storage from TWRP on Surnia (Moto E).

This is causing problems because it means I can't back-up, wipe or - presumably - install a ROM. I read about changing the type of file-system but I don't think that's something I want to do before I have a back-up. Has anyone got any ideas?

The version of TWRP I'm using is twrp-3.0.2-0-surnia.img
