Looking for Lollipop for Irulu X7 tablet.....

I want to run a newer firmware on my kids android Irulu X7 tablets with the sole purpose of being able to run the playstation vue app on them. They run kitkat 4.4.4 right now. I have an HTC One M8 that was rooted and running 4.4.2 and then I unrooted and did the RUU update to Marshmallow 6.0 so I am a little familiar with bootloader and rooting, etc., but by no means an expert. I do have some sdk/adb software on my computer that I was using with the HTC. So once again my goal is either get Playstation Vue running as is on their tablets or update firmware to get it running. Playstation says that the Vue app supports 4.4 and up, but tech couldn't solve my problem. I solved it for my phone, but their tablets don't have as much info. The app just says device isn't supported right now. I mention Lollipop because my wife's moto x is running that and the app works on her's.

Yet another custom rom with the latest Android Operating System Lollipop 5.1.1 It
is unnoffcial but it comprises the latest updates of Lollipop and CM 12.1. The custom rom is still under beta phase testing and there might be lots of bugs and instability. We would advice you to flash this custom rom if you’re not using as the primary device. You
can test the features of CM12.1 on your iRULU V3 but there might be errors or performance issues. The iRULU V3 CM 12.1 ROM is only 431 MB and it needs to be installed on a Lollipop based rom already with the TWRP custom recovery.

IRULU AK315 stuck on spash screen...

So my aunt came to me wanting me to fix her irulu ak315 tablet cause she wants to get important things off of it.. And all it does when you turn it on is display the irulu spash screen and thats it.. and i have to turn it off by holding the power button.

i been researching this tablet and found out it has a pin hole reset button, But im not sure if i push that button it will erase data on it or just the settings to get it back working.

So i was wondering if i push that said button will that erase the whole tablet? Or is there any other way i can get this to show up on my pc to get data off of it? when i connect it to my pc it does detect it but it will not show a drive anywhere..
