Wifi disconnect when screen is off

Hello

I have upload my n7100 to android 6.0.1 and now, wifi disconnects when the screen is off. When I press the bottom, the screen is on and the wifi just is on.

In wifi options, wifi in suspension is NEVER.

So... I am very upset :(. Do you have any solution?

WiFi disconnect

Hi,

When at home, on a verified Wifi connection (have no issues on a Note 3) i get constant disconnects from Wifi, and sometimes i have to manually connect back because LG V10 cannot connect on its own.

I tried:
- to increase the Wifi range, but that was not the answer.
- Factory resetting the phone, no change.

I am on the latest software version.

Does anyone have a fix for the WiFi issues?

psiphon disconnect when opening any app in samsung note 4.

After upgrading the android version from 5.0.1 to 6.0 marshmallow ., psiphon app doesnot connect on samsung galaxy note 4. it connects usually then disconnects on openning any app. plz help

After Disconnect from WiFi no Mobile Data.

Hi everyone,
I have now my OnePlus 3 for 3 weeks and I have noticed that when I'm long in my WiFi network and than I go out of my Home / Disconnect from my WiFi. And than it don't Connect to Mobile Network for data. And yes mobile data are aktivatet, the settings shows that the Data Service is off. But this is only so when I'm long in WiFi if I'm only for 20 minutes than it Connect to Mobile Data. :)

Le Max 2 - VoLTE calls disconnect after few seconds

Latest updated Indian stock ROM 15s
VoLTE calls simply do not work. They disconnect after 2-10 seconds. Network is Reliance JIO. It is 100% LTE with VoLTE only calling and does not support any normal calling via GSM.

In short, Le Max 2 is simply worthless if using it under VoLTE network for calling.

VPN Disconnect with Screen Off

I'm using a SM-N920T on 6.0.1 stock. Whenever the screen turns off, VPN is disconnecting and requires a manual reconnect. This happens with all VPN clients, and I've turned off optimization for these apps.

How do I keep this from happening?

Random wifi drop (disconnect + connect) [Solved]

I got random wifi drop (disconnect + connect) with my S7 in my home network, sometimes 1 time in 2hrs, sometimes 4-5 times per hour. This is annoying since the S7 vibrate when losing wifi, and make sound when conecting. I tried every solution availables on xda, android central, and didn't find a solution that fix my problem.
In my case, the issue is on the 2.4 band and also on the 5.0 band. My router is a Dlink DIR-868L, updated to the latest firmware. All my other devices, including Galaxy Tab S2 have no issues.
I tried:

- turning off Bluetooth (also the scanning in location)
- changing channel on router
- turn off smart switch
- factory reset
- ...

In last resort, i plugged in my old router (DIR-628) on the 2.4 band and got no issue, so i looked to find wich parameter on my DIR-868L is the curlpit.

So, i found that changing the channel width from (Auto 20/40) to 20 solve my issue, no drop since the last 15 hours.

Little tip: I used and app called "WiFi Logs" to monitor my wifi connection.

Hope Samsung will fix the firmware soon!
