Sim card is not detecting CM 13.0 Samsung S4 Mini 3G

Sim card is not detecting after upgarding my samsung s4 mini 3g GT-I9192 to cm13.0 serrano3gxx. please help

How to prevent apps to detecting from permission has refused?

if app requesting permissions at runtime, it's may be through API:shouldShowRequestPermissionRationale to detect that whether permission has refused, same app e.g. Alipay need dangerous permissions to read and write sdcard but i thought that permission isn't necessary, if refuse it has will not to use, but i just use it to pay, can i hack into the android permission mechanism to change API:shouldShowRequestPermissionRational alway return has granted?

twrp not detecting external storage on adoptable storage used android 6 cm13

Hi,
I have rooted my moto e2 3g version and installed cm13 (6.0.1). Now I used the adoptable storage option and made my 32 GB Samsung memory card as my internal storage.
But when I tried to flash some other files using twrp, my ext-card and my sdcard are empty.
My sdcard contain only twrp folder.
But when I power on my phone and every thing is fine. I think twrp is not adopted for adoptable storage. Please someone find a solution for this.

Help for Lg f350K . not detecting with pc . no download . no recovery

I was flashing Lg f350K with ocutpus box .during flashing pc hang . then now mobile restarting on logo . not detecting with pc . no download mode no recovery and no fastboot mode . i collect all files for unbrick . but i did not find force Qusbdload test points .. can any expert help me please about force test points

Recovery is not Seandroid Enforcing Odin isn’t detecting my phone, any suggestions?

I successfully rooted my phone and was trying to install the exposed framework and i guess downloaded the wrong one. When i flashed it i ended up getting into boot loop. I am on N910F with the 2 Network.

I have tried factory resetting with the caches but to no avail. The only other option i found was Odin, the problem is Odin is not detecting my phone when in recovery mode but seems to have no problem coming blue when starting up giving the 3 logo startup which just goes when it start looping again. I have tried 2 computers, a different cable although old and all my USB ports and the same thing keeps happening. I have already reinstalled Samsung USB Drivers times. I am wondering if they are any others.
