Root AT&T Note 3 SM-N900A

Hi Everyone, I've read many post on this Forum and its helped alot but I just registered because I am stumped and gotten tired of looking and finding dead ends.........Ok so my wife gave me her Note 3 when she got her upgrade and I updated it to Lollipop 5.0 without thinking i ever wanted to root. Now I'm wanting to and I know Kingo Root dont work. I've been looking around and somewhat found out that I have to downgrade using Odin and root then update if I'm not mistaken, but I'm wanting to make sure I;m doing everything right.

Help. Want to Root my Note 3 SM-N900A Lolipop 5.0

I am complete a noob when it come to rooting a phone and wanted to know how I could do it to my Note 3. After reading some post about it I am completely confused. I have an AT&T Note 3 N900AUCUEOC2 running lolipop 5.0. If anyone could help or point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

SM-n900a no download or recovery mode...only getting a grainy display. Please help?

i recently bought a samsung galaxy note 3 atnt with 4.3 pre loaded and carrier unlocked (at leaset thats what it said). I am a root addict and went straight to google and found a rooted firmware ( OC1 lollipop) and flashing it successfully with Odin 3.09. After testing and playing some games like subway surfer the screen start glitching randomly(i though could be the new firmware causing it). I used odin again to flash it with NL1 this time and using subway surfer to test but same problem. Now, i can't get to download mode, recovery mode or can't even see the logo. Last thing i do have the screen shot of the problem but don't know how to attach the picture? (I'll admit it my self, i can be stupid at times)

This is my first time posting here, so any help will appreciated!!!
