Heart rate monitor is (almost) always On

Anyone has noticed this? Almost every time I look under my watch the heart rate monitor is glowing green. Is this normal?

The problem with the heart rate sensor after upgrade

Stops working pulse sensor after updating to Android 6.0.1
I downgrade to 5.1.1, everything works.
Put through fastboot 6.0.1, the sensor stops working ..
Who faced with similar?

What is your preferred heart rate monitor app? I'm looking for an app that is continuous rather than having to always manually do it.

429 Rate Limited (crosspost)

Well, since I posted in the wrong forum (figured XDA Assist meant "assistance with the XDA forum"... nope!), I'm reposting here.

I'm having an issue with the forum where I can't vote in polls or perform a search. If I attempt either action, as soon as I press the submit button, I'll immediately get a white page that says "429 Rate Limited" with the XDA header logo and the text (paraphrasing)

I'm getting this message from XDA every time I try to vote in a poll or perform a search - sometimes just clicking on a thread.

Have no idea what it means. Any help?
