If anyone is having a problem with back button self pressing and your unable to get into anything on your phone simple fix just connect to a pc computer via USB for five minutes turn phone off while connected and turn back on this will sort phone out no need to reset phone to factory settings or anything harsh.hope this helps you guys :)
