How to download games without strong wifi signal?

I tried to download N.O.V.A.3: Freedom Edition to my phone from Google Play but maybe due to the big file so there're always errors in the process (I used 3G as I don't have wifi in my house).
Is there any other way instead of going somewhere have strong internet connection then download? :(
