My Nokia X2 dont have sound/vibrate. help me please.

Hi guys! i have this problem a week ago. ok here it goes. im using my phone and then suddenly my back "<" keypad vibrate does not work. i press the lock button and then when i try`d to unlock it, its not responding. so i removed the battery to restart it. when i power it on it still vibrate. the problem is the nokia tune in the logo dont play. and then i try`d the keypad virbration but there no, try`d to play sound but my phone hangs same with when i play video. i already formated my phone but still theres no sound/vibration. and it can`t receive incomming call cant use call either. what should i do? help me guys.
