GT-N8000 stuck on Kies error screen

I got this Galaxy Note 10.1 a few years ago. Last year I decided to flash Gnabo Rom v7 on to my GT-N8000. The Rom was working for almost a year, until, when I tried to boot my device, it showed the cvm custom recovery thing.
So I just rebooted the device from the cvm, and it showed the Samsung logo animation. However, it was stuck on the animation for over a couple of hours, so now I can't use my device.
A few days ago, I tried some youtube tutorials on how to unbrick/unroot my galaxy note 10.1.
First I tried putting it in download mode and flashing a factory firmware(samsung) using odin 3, v1.85. I click on PDA and opened my rom. I clicked start. (I didn't touch anything except for PDA.)
The Progress was successful until the system.img part. It got stuck for a couple of minutes on system.img and then failed. I tried doing it again and using different usb ports but it still failed st system.img.
After that, I tried clicking on Bootloader instead of PDA, but it still failed on the system part.
Now my tablet shows the "Firmware Upgrade encountered an issue. Please select Kies in recovery mode & try again."
I could get into download mode but not recovery mode. (nothing happens when I hold power button)
Any help would be great. Thanks!!!

Galaxy Gear Kies

I have just purchased my wife a second hand Galaxy gear 1, but it isn't being detected by Kies, I wanted to update to the latest 2.2.1.1 firmware.

When I connect it to ODIN and try to flash V700XXUCOA2 to stops at the first bootloader step, so I'm guessing someone has put a strange bootloader on the device. can anyone help me restore the original bootloader, or talk me through the steps on actually getting this upgraded.

When it stops on the installing the bootlaoder, I have to restart the watch and get the "failed firmware" message, and have to install null_03_TWRP2.7 to get the watch to boot up. (using odin and the AP menu)

Am I doing something very wrong? or is there an underlying issue I need to address first?

Many Thanks.

Karl

Kies won't detect bricked S3 mini

Bad day for me :/ Tried to use custom rom to install lollipop on my s3 mini but Odin messed up halfway and now I'm stuck on that "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue" screen. I'm trying to get Kies to do an emergency reboot but it won't detect my phone when I connect it with a cale. Any fixes or alternatives?

Can someone pass me their kies update from g930A

Instructions here

1. Make sure your phone is plugged in...
2. Open this folder: OS C: / Users / Your name / AppData / Local / Temp
3. Your user profile’s temporary folder will open. Keep it opened, as we’re going to need to copy a file from this location in a little while.
4. Launch Kies and wait for the phone to connect.
5. You’ll see an offer to upgrade firmware of your phone – click on the firmware upgrade button. If no Upgrade click on Tool's / Firmware Upgrade and Initialisation or Firmware Upgrade setting's.
6. A few windows will pop up with questions about backup, etc – answer the questions, making sure to do a backup, and let it proceed. A window will pop up saying “preparing files”, and then a window will pop up again, showing the download progress.
7 Pay attention to the download progress. When it reaches 100%, your phone will enter “Downloading Mode” and begin flashing. YOU MUST FOLLOW THE NEXT STEP AS SOON AS THE FLASH STARTS.
8. During the flash procedure, go to your Temporary folder and refresh its contents. You will see a file called tmpXXXX.tmp (the XXXX’s will be random numbers). This .tmp file is the encrypted ROM archive – ignore it, and look for a new folder created with a similar name (or else sort by date and find the newest folder), and open that instead. Inside you will see a .tmp / .zip file. Right-click on that file, choose copy and paste it to desktop Don’t try to move the file (using “cut”, or dragging the icon to your desktop) – just copy & paste.
9. Your phone should complete the flash successfully.
You need to copy the firmware file from your temporary folder within the period that your phone is being flashed, as it gets deleted immediately after flashing is complete. I would estimate that you have around 2 – 3 minutes to complete step 8. so you just need to be paying attention when the flash begins.
