Corrupt SD Card Solved By Rebooting 2-4 Times?

Recently purchased the Cat S60 (Android 6.0.1), which has so far proven to be a fantastic phone, however, the SD Card, a Lexar 128GB, has a habit of suddenly becoming "corrupt", but it isn't. I plug it into my computer with a reader, do a chkdsk, finds no problems, and plug it back into the phone, but it still shows up as corrupt. However, if I reboot the phone a few times, it suddenly realizes it isn't corrupt.

My question is, is there a reason for this happening, and if so, is there a way to fix it?

IMEI corrupt

Please don't flame here, i know writing IMEI is consider not to legal, but i'm looking for a trick to write it back to my Moto X Play.

I don't know why it got corrupted.
here where am i at:
- bootloader unlock
- rooted
- custom recovery or stock possible
- custom firmware or stock possible
- i'v try with "fastboot oem writeimei"

i need help of a professional now ?
is my only change will be to use service of someone with SigmaBox ?

Corrupt partition /data

Okay so I recently updated my s4(att) from cyanogen 12 to cyanogen 13 (latest nightly). I went to settings/security and chose encrypt phone. After about 30 minutes of encrypting it reboot and got stuck in a bootloop. I thought no problem Ill just reflash. I go to reflash my backup and it says error mounting /data. I try formating data, factory reset, and installing the rom from scratch. It seems my data partition corrupt. So I figure fastboot. Yet upon loading fastboot I cant get adb to see my device. I think I got the right drivers installed. But nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can a custom ROM corrupt a SIM card?

I have an unlocked/rooted XT926 and recently flashed CM12 nightly on it. I am unable to get 4G with a Selectel (Verizon) SIM in the phone, but 4G works fine with a Verizon SIM in the phone. Selectel rep is saying I "damaged" the SIM with a custom ROM and they won't replace the SIM. The Selectel SIM also doesn't connect 4G in any of 2 other XT926s nor in 2 XT912s, two of which have stock ROMs (though rooted). Is it possible for a custom ROM to damage or corrupt a SIM? I think it was bad out of the box, does this happen?

hey....i have got some private pics i used to change the format in es explorer so that they wont show up in galler yand locked these pics in gallery using lock feature of lg g3....but when i tried to change the format of the pics from random to jpg while these pics were locked the images got corrupt and now they appear baroken..i connected the phone to laptop and laptop is also not showing the pics...the image files are like (exampe.134.jpg123.jpg)...can anyone help...also sorry for bad english it is not my native language
