Unlock US Cellular Lg g3 for GSM carriers

Is there a way to unlock the us cellular lg g3 variant so that I can use it on a GSM carrier.

So I am under the impression reading around on here that even if I SIM unlock a sprint M8 and try to use on T-Mobile' network it wont work. Or maybe to be more exact it doesn't get 4G ect, and will be super limited. Well someone told me that is because of the ROM being carrier apecific and since they M8 is the same for all carriers you can flash a T-Mobile ROM on a Sprint M8 and it will work just fine. Is there any truth to this?

Is there a way to fully root/unblock/unlock a verizon HTC 10 and Samsung s7 edge to fully work on t-mobile's or At&t's service?

I want to be able to hear all calls clearly and send and receive picture mail without any issues as well as receive voicemail.

Does anyone have a guide to this? I am wanting to use my verizon phones on T-mobile's prepaid plans such as walmart's family mobile.

I have a question about roms and the different us verients. Since we have the same hardware and other stuff as the other carriers would it be possible to use one of their roms minus the boot.img. Could we just replace their boot.img with our verizon boot.img.
