Emergency call only on my samsung Galaxy S6 edge SM925F please help Me

I have a samsung galaxy s6 edge (SM G925F) after update to Android 6.0.1 I have the network but register emergency call only
I can not receive or make calls.
the IMEI at the back is not the same as that displayed in the phone
Help me please
