Cyanogenmod for GT-i8262

Is there a stable bugfree cyanogen rom or any rom that will really upgrade my phone(gt-i8262) os to atleast kitkat available(not just a themed rom)

Samsung galaxy core GT-I8262 Straight boot to recovery mode

I have flashed new rom in my Samsung GT-I8262 device, after finishing when i reboot my device it straight goes to Recovery mode. i tried to connect odin 3.07 but it is not connecting even i changed usb cable and system. I tried different rom also but on switching on mobile only recovery mode is opening. please help. :confused::confused:
