X98 AIR III curious boot screen

Hi.
Five month old.
Rom stock.
Normal use.
After a wake up i have found this message screen :

After a power down/up this screen still come up.
No keyboard key work.
No connection to my computer, i'm not able to save my documents actually.
No response from Teclast customer service.
Vendor tell me to return this tablet for repair at my charge.
Any help appreciated, big thanks.

curious about recovery

I have an issue, mind you ive looked around a bit, and to no avail I cant seem to figure out why my Moto X will not take the fastboot flash of twrp or clockwork recovery. I have the bootloader unlocked, I just end up getting a black screen and being sent back to a reboot into home screen. Any idea on what I can do to fix this? Thanks

When i boot to (power + down volume ) to start>boot loader >recovery , there is also :BP Tools and Bar Codes does anyone know what function these have?
