Xperia Z3 water problem

Hi all, 2 days ago i was in the swimming pool, so xperia z3 was with me, i put the phone in water and it was brilliant, i captured some pics, then the phone made 3 buzzes, then turned off, the torch was on while the device is off!!!, i tried to turn the device on and nothing happened, i put the device in the rice for 2 days and there was water in the camera, i let the sun get to the phone, today no water founded in the camera
I tried to charge the phone and it's charging!! But the flash turned on while the device is off, i tried to turn on the device and nothing happened :(
What im going to do now? Any help..
