Yeah, the latest Spotify v5.9+ ,ways to make it entirely ad-free. Most of you know the way to get the unlimited skips, so I'm not going to repeat it again(give a search if you still dont know, there are Xposed module & Custom Patch in Lucky Patcher available, use any one of them) but the Ad block seems not working with Spotify, so the most noticeable is the Ad blocking for Spotify in here.
* Isn't it illegal ?
- Doesn't matter as the ads are annoying as hell, Spotify without unlimited skips is fine, but the ads are horrible!
* Before you do :
- uninstall the Spotify or clear catch & data, make it force stop. Why ? Cause I did the same & to make it work like mine, you can follow or not.

Open the app, tap on 'Host Sources' from options in corner, tap the FAB button( + button)
Paste this link https://www.mywikis.com/clearcloud/f...iger/hosts.txt
(Keep the https not http)
Tap 'Add' .
Now exit from the app & open it again. You might see 'Update Available, tap the 'Download Files & Apply Ad Blocking' '. It will take few seconds, then it'll for reboot, tap 'reboot' . Wait until your phone gets on again.
Open Spotify (Install it from Play store or the find the version in apkmirror.com, I hope all versions will work) & see if there any ad appears! This worked for me. I will try to give update of the host file, as soon as the Spotify updates theirs!
If you don't want to do any of these, just because you're lazy you can just replace the the pre build host file to your root folder > etc. Comment if you need the host file, you'll not be needed the AdAway app then.
