Redmi note 3 pro - home screen non stop refreshing

Hi everybody.
I have just bought 2 days ago the redmi note 3 pro snapdragon. It worked until this morning when the home screen refresh itself every second and make all the keys and app's icons, like browser contacts messages, unusable.
I tried to restart and turn off but it doesn't work.

Any solution?
ROM MIUI 6.5.19
