HTC ONE M7 - No O.S., windows don't recognize the device, i deleted all files :(

So i was trying to update my htc one m7 AT&T, but i'm noob so i kinda messed up, i wiped all the data files and everything (with the twrp-3.0.0-2-m7wlv), i can provide you guys some infos:
