Htc Desire 820 Gray screen after update to 6.0.1

Today i just dot update to my Desire 820n and i have install it but after the update my phone go to gray screen after locking the phone and when i wan to wake it up only the backlight is turning on but not the images or apps nothing just light
how i can fix the issue ??
