unable to unlock bootloader no command working

hi guys i got some problem my xt1068's bootloader is unlockable i tried command method"oem get_unlock_data" but didn recived any string here is what happens "D:\Users\Arsalan>fastboot.exe oem get_unlock_data

and mtk droid tool is saying this "--- ERROR : do not install utils
