Sony backup and restore

I've been using Sony backup and restore. Seems to backup some more than titanium.

I have it set to backup to SD card, it shows the right about of free space yet it goes to internal storage.

Also, most annoying, I can't get it to only backup when plugged in or even set a time. It will start backing up in the middle of the day draining my battery.

Any help would be appreciated
