My settings app isn't saving some changes I make like when I flip the data switch to turn on it turns on but to switch off I have to do it about three times to see the data icon on status bar to disappear. Sometimes WiFi is stuck at turning on. Generally it seems the settings app isn't immediately changing settings as it should since it is apparently somehow disassociated. Help pls I have a rooted device and I saw these problems after I re rooted using kingroot.
