Got viper4android working.

You will need:

SELinuxModeChanger http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2524485

1. Install viper4android.
2. Open viper4android and install driver.
3. Restart device.
4. Install SELinuxModeChanger.
5. Set to permissive.
6. Profit!!!
