Xperia z5 ram ddr3 or ddr4

I'd like to know whatever the 3gb ram in the Xperia Z5 is ddr4 like the Z5 premium version or ddr3 like z3 and z3plus . What made me ask is that xperia Z5 premium scores higher benchmarks than its small brother the Z5 which could indicate a faster ram
