twrp restore "data partition" - apps/settings/all data from one phone to next phone?

cm13 , but 2 different mobilephones and cm nightly versions (s5 sm-901f & sm-g900fd) :

I want to transfer all datas, settings and apps with one fast click , with a twrp restore (using only the data partition) from one phone to the other phone.

will that work?
